Norman v. State of Florida, an Open Carry case,  has now been filed in the Supreme Court of the United States.

Sean Caranna just informed that an official press release by Florida carry is upcoming and I will leave them to explain the details. In the meantime you can read the writs filed.

  1. 45 States with Open Carry, with or without a permit, and no problems with it. What is wrong with you, Florida? (and South Carolina, California, D.C., Illinois and New York)

    1. In Florida was a stab in the back by GOP State Rep who actually believed Moms Demand was going to back her up in her future political enterprises.
