I wasn’t sure how much worse the Democrats could have gotten after Wednesday.

I totally underestimated the Democrat’s ability to bring the hate.

I need to remind myself that the Democrats are single handedly responsible for the Trial of Tears, the KKK, and Jim Crow.

Given that illustrious history, what happened yesterday shouldn’t surprise me.

The cascade of whataboutism and waffling on antisemitm continues from every Senate Democrat who is running for President in 2020.

Here is Cory Booker taking a Sparticus like stand against antisemitism.  Oh wait, not it isn’t.  Here is Booker being a spineless turd on the topic of antisemitism.

This is the direction that the Democrats are pivoting to, Ilhan Omar is the real victim.  Sure, she can’t go two weeks without saying something awfully Jew hating, but she’s the real victim because of Islamophobia.  If she weren’t a Muslim woman, nobody would be upset by her comments.

Senator Kristin Gillibrand said pretty much the same thing, then went over to the cover of “the debate about Israel.”

But the real problem in all of this for Gillibrand isn’t Omar’s vile and repeated comments, it’s the backlash against Omar.

If that isn’t bad enough, Senator Warren upped the ante on that.

This is just a made up talking point.  I have not seen one media outlet show one even remotely credible threat against Omar for her comments.  But don’t let that fact stand in the way of the new narrative, which is “calling out Omar puts her at risk.”

Now, according to the Democrats, criticising Omar for her vileness is threatening her life and we have to be quiet when she says something horrible.  She’s the real victim in all of this.

Here is the problem I have with these statements.

One:

I don’t give a shit about the tiki torch carrying, alt-right antisemites.  They are not people of consequence at all.  They have no political power what so ever.  Not one Republican listens to them.

They are a bunch of unemployed, cousin fucking, wife beating, human garbage.  Do you know what happened when they took off for a few days to protest?  A little less meth got cooked.

They are worthless fucking basement dwelling human beings.

Ilhan Omar, on the other hand, is a MEMBER OF THE HOUSE OF FUCKING REPRESENTATIVES.  She sits on the Foreign Affairs Committee.  She has influence in the goverment and international relations.  She is an important person.

The antisemitism of a Congresswoman is far more substantial than that of a white supremacists who shit posts on Stormfront in the middle of the day because he can’t pass a drug test to get a job.

Two:

This is the bullshit going on in Europe.  The Left in Europe excuses aver antisemitic act as “criticism of Israel.”  When some Muslim burns down a synagogue trying to murder Jews, the Left says “it’s not a hate crime, he was just starting the debate on Israel.”  According to the Labour Party, the “legitimate criticism of  Israeli politics” includes stabbing Jews in the streets of London.

Whitewashing antisemitism as “the debate about Israel” only serves the interests of antisemites who want to avoid hate crime convictions.

Speaking of antisemites who mask their Jew hatred as criticism of Israel, on the heels of Louis Farrakhan defending Ilhan Omar, KKK Grand Wizard David Duke defended and supported her as well.

The Democrats have gone back to their roots, with total support of and by the Ku Klux Klan.

Nancy Pelosi, most likely fearing an attack from AOC’s Jew hating mob publicly covered for Omar that she isn’t an antisemite, she just had a slip of the tongue.

And speaking of AOC, she has decided to go full on “Omar is the real victim” and intersectional to the point of trying to raise money on Omar’s victim status.

“The Jooooos are attacking and we need to stop them. Give me money!”

She did that:

But that was not the most tone deaf hatred of the day, that honor belongs to Democrat Jim Clyburn.

Clyburn came to Omar’s defense Wednesday, lamenting that many of the media reports surrounding the recent controversy have omitted mentioning that Omar, who was born in Somalia, had to flee the country to escape violence and spent four years in a Kenyan refugee camp before coming to the United States.

What does that have to do with the Jews or Israel.  Somali refugees were escaping a Muslim warlord civil war.  Why does her refugee experience give her grounds to attack Jews or Israel?

Her experience, Clyburn argued, is much more empirical — and powerful — than that of people who are generations removed from the Holocaust, Japanese internment camps during World War II and the other violent episodes that have marked history.

“I’m serious about that. There are people who tell me, ‘Well, my parents are Holocaust survivors.’ ‘My parents did this.’ It’s more personal with her,” Clyburn said. “I’ve talked to her, and I can tell you she is living through a lot of pain.”

“Fuck those Jews who are related to the victims of genocide.  That was a long time ago, who gives a shit about their feelings.  Also, we need to give black Americans reparations for slavery. ”

Clyburn said that long talks with former Rep. Norman Mineta (D-Calif.), a Japanese-American who was interned during WWII, gave him a special appreciation for Omar’s experiences. And he rejected the idea that the Democrats’ resolution will single her out for condemnation.

“My Japanese friend said Omar’s antisemitism was fine because he was in an internment camp” is the worst tokenism I’ve ever heard.

“She won’t be targeted. We’re going to target those people who had her picture on the Twin Towers,” Clyburn said. “This resolution is going to be inclusive; it’s going to be expansive; and I might just try to add something to deal with that billboard that’s up in Pennsylvania this morning calling John Lewis and other members of the Congressional Black Caucus racists.”

The CBC is racist.  Also, what did I just say about bullshit whataboutism.  Some fuckhead and his poster is not the same as a Congresswoman on the Foreign Affairs Committee.

You want to know how bad, how truly fucking awful this situaion was?

Omar and Tlaib did exactly what I thought they were going to do.

This whole thing started with an attempt at condemning the repeated antisemtic comments of Ilhan Omar.  By the time the rewrites were over, Ilhan Omar voted for the resolution that was supposed to condemn her because it had been so watered down with other horse shit that she could take a victory lap on voting for a resolution that condemned Islamophobia.

This went from being an intended slap on the wrist to good press for Omar.

Holy shit.

The Democrat party is now the Labour Party USA.

Give it a little bit of time (at this rate, six weeks) and there will be a pogrom against a Jewish community in the US and the Democrats will say “burning Jewish business and synagogues is just the way oppressed people voice their criticism of Israeli politics.”

It’s coming, you know it is.

  1. Just read an opinion piece on this subject. Forget where, and if I find it I will link.

But, here is how it works.

Omar ranks higher on the victim scale than Jews. Therefore, any statements she makes that are insulting to those lower on the scale are to be played down to the point of insignificance.

Wait… what? Is that really the way it works? Yep.

Omar was born in Somalia, fled the violence there, etc… Not sure, but there was something about family members being killed or whatever… But, she directly experienced the pain of discrimination, bias, etc… Additionally, because she is a member of “the most oppressed religion ever” (at least according to the followers of islam), she gets a double dose of victimhood.

Whereas the average Jew in the US is related to a Holocaust survivor, or has experience true bias second hand. Some may have spent time in Israel, but seriously how bad is it in the US for your average Jew?

On the victimhood scale of 1-10, Omar is a solid 8, whereas your average Jew is maybe a 4 or 5, individual cases may vary.

That means, in today’s Progressive environment, she is innocent of bias. Her anti-semitism is OK because she suffered real discrimination. Her pain makes her statements acceptable.

Remembered where I saw that article.

  2. Is it really a phobia to fear members of the “Religion of Peace” who are violently calling for my death?

    1. Some years ago in Holland a movie was made entitled “Submission”. It was the joint work of Theo van Gogh and Ayaan Hirsi Ali. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Submission_(2004_film) The title was chosen because it is the English translation (or, says Wikipedia, “one of the possible translations”) of “Islam”. So “religion of peace”, no, not exactly.
The movie created quite a stir in Holland. It also resulted in the murder of Theo van Gogh, and serious death threats to Ayaan Hirsi Ali. She eventually decided to leave Holland and move here. I wonder if she’s learned to shoot, I hope so.
