Try some stuff called Wet and Forget. I used to pressure wash my house 2 -3 times a year at a couple hours each time with a lot of scrubbing because of mildew. I tried this stuff with no scrubbing one time in the spring. Didn’t touch it again until the following spring and not again until 18 months later. Been a year since then and don’t need to yet. I believe it was $16 for a gallon of the concentrate and I still have a half gallon left. On a more important note, good luck with the hurricane. Got several relatives and friends in Florida and I’m hoping for the best.

I second the recommendation. $30 for a gallon @ Home Despot. Used only 1/3 of it to treat my whole home 3+ years ago, and just now the mold is starting to return so another treatment will occur soon.
