The whole thing is very sad. I can’t wrap my head around the voting irregularities being brushed aside by the same people who beat the voter fraud drum for the past 4 years.
I think you’re assuming the people you refer to, care about the means of achieving their goals.
If they don’t care at all about the means, but only about getting what they want, the behavior makes perfect sense.
