1. I would like to be thankful for my father, who gave me not the childhood I wanted, but the one I deserved. I am now living on my own and applying the things he taught me. My grandfathers, who through great sacrifice helped forge a new nation in my late-grandfather Lolo Pons; and to Grandpa Ed who moved to greener pastures so to afford my father, uncles, and aunt a better opportunity in life as American citizens.
