I love the “If we people decided” excuse. It has always been the way to violate rights everywhere in the world.
I have some old and new examples of when “people decided” it was OK to violate people’s rights.
And it is for those moments when “the people decided” that we own guns.

So this cop wannabe wants to commit suicide on my front porch, but I’m the “never law abiding” person? Sheesh.

I’ve re-read that tweet 5 times and I’m still confused. Is he Canadian, maybe? Australian? Also, I can only assume since he wants to put volunteers in front of law enforcement in his confiscatory fever dream, that means he’s going to be carrying a gun to try to take our guns? Not to mention the prospect of imposing tyranny is something he considers honorable. This guy is a mess.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that when the SS moved into to the Warsaw Ghetto to suppress the Jewish Uprising, they put the local police, and Ukrainian auxiliaries in front. The Jews, with limited ammo, waited until the SS arrived, then killed as many as possible. Apparently, the NAZIs have changed their language but not their stripes. By the way, in occupied Poland in WWII, simply being Jewish was enough for you to be “never law abiding.”

He is confusing, but I read it that we are not fellow Americans because owning firearms made us into never law-abiding or something like that.
If that is correct, then I want to reflect it back. I do not consider him to be a fellow American while he advocates violence and legal persecution for my fidelity to one of our enumerated Constitutional and God-given rights, namely being armed for self-protection.
Now if he is NOT a US citizen, then he can go self-fornicate sideways.
