A famous — or infamous — strip joint between East Millinocket and Millinocket is gone.
La Casa Gentlemen’s Club, a motel and topless club in Township A Range 7 off Route 11, was being reduced to a pile of rubble Thursday. Its new owner, Lawrence MacKenzie, is razing the two buildings to make way for a retail gun shop and shooting range he will build.
His S&S Weapons LLC facility will feature four shooting lanes about 25 yards long, plus a shop about 30 feet by 60 feet. MacKenzie said that while the Katahdin region has many stores that sell guns ― at least four, according to a google search ― none feature an indoor shooting range.

Storied Maine topless dance club razed to make way for gun shop.

I was thinking, why not both? “Hot Brass  & Hotter T*ts” would be an amazing name for the new location. Then again I remembered there are a lot of shooters ( like me) that are married and significant other may forcefully object the new hobby. I mean, she gets mad at your ammo expense, imagine adding stripper tips to expanse report.

  1. I live about 90 miles south of Millinocket….never been to the “club”..
Reminds me of a shop name my buddy came up with- Big Chrome Titty Bar Gunshop…combining my chrome shop and other favorite things heh heh

  2. Names for such a shop could be:
    Brass and Ass
    Dairy Cannons
    Hot Shots
    Bullets and Bazongas
    Shooters and Hooters
    Tang and Bang

    Any other names?

  3. Just have a third business on the premises with male strippers, for those so inclined, we can capitalize on the self-inflicted demise of one retailer, a slang name for firearms and shooters, and the star attraction in one great name:

    “Swingin’ Dick’s”
