Is the shopper unable to see well, thus it’s hard for them to read (poor eyesight); or do they see just fine but can’t read (English)?

Except, I would expect a shopping cart to know what a lemon is, at least in the context of grocery shopping….

I went to AI, as did Miguel. I have had some interesting “dialogues” online. Sometimes my problem was actually solved.
