Um, no. As much as I despise child molesters, you need to realize that there are people who just like to hurt others. They’ll use any rationalization to justify it. Let him out and he’ll find some other “ reason” why he had to beat somebody down.
Then again, I can’t think of a good reason to put child molesters in prison, sucking up taxpayer money. A swift hanging is much more sensible.
Not everyone who’s accused— or convicted— is actually guilty. Remember the “ satanic rites” that supposedly happened in a day-care center? Do you recall all the stories about prosecutorial malfeasance that got innocent people imprisoned and in some cases executed?
He is a dangerous person and needs to be removed from interacting with the prisoners and the guards, but most importantly he should not be anywhere near free society.
