Don’t like this one.
Not at all.
First and foremost, in a situation like this is to 1. Do not panic, 2. move to a place of relative safety, and 3. assess the situation.
Very few individuals will automatically and instantly run toward a disturbance without first following those three steps. Even the folks that appear to do so have followed those three steps, but did so rapidly.
Do not like this meme. In fact, I think this could be potentially dangerous.
The way I interpreted it was:

The people that are going to declare gun ownership illegal and send in your children in the military to kill you for your guns. And when that doesn’t pan out the people that will declare the mandated extermination of the entire United States population that opposes them and will vote to deploy nuclear weapons on the people of the United States.
