This is not a question of available toilets unless you plan to place a port-a-potty in every corner of the city. This type of action comes after years of telling people that victim status comes with a Morality-Free, Guilt-Free bonus certificate that makes anything they do tolerable.

That guy takes a dump in front of a business and he will face no penalties. Your Chihuahua does the same and you don’t pick it up and you get a fine.  I’d even go as far as say that the county would fine the business owner because there was unsanitary conditions in his locale.

And we all thought “deep shit” was just a figure of speech.

You may know Kaitlin Bennet, she is famous for her photographs on graduation day at Kent Sate while Open Carrying an AR 10 and since then she has been doing Conservative activism and specially Gun Rights activism.  A couple of days ago, she went to Ohio University where she was mobbed by a crowd big enough and angry enough to beat strategic retreat. She posted in Twitter that she would return  to the University, but this time with  more people.

Fred Guttenberg, a father of one of the murdered Parkland kids apparently does not like for Kaitlin to legally exercise her rights.

Sorry Fred, but that was very Soviet of you. But I guess it is why Red Flag laws were really invented: Censor or arrest those who are politically against us about guns because we can define what mental problems are.  For how many years we have been called crazy/mentally unstable/have psychological problems because we support Gun Rights?  Red Flags are just a way to curb free speech and to rid of the bothersome activists.

The officer was shot in the foot and was not able to finish up the rest of the gang. No mention what type of weapon was used.

Corey Johnson faces one count of first-degree murder with a deadly weapon and two counts of attempted first-degree murder with a deadly weapon. He’s accused of killing 13-year-old Jovanni Sierra on the boy’s birthday at a home in Ballenisles on Mar. 12, 2018.

The LaBovick Law Group claims Publix illegally sold the knife that Johnson used to kill Jovanni and stab Elaine Simon and her son, Dane Bancroft.

This is a head scratcher. Where is the legal basis for this? It comes to the old question of when does tool become a weapon and can you ban distribution if no Mens Rea is present. The lawyers enage in a verbose shaming of Publix with statements like “Publix has refused to change their reckless policy of selling knives to underage buyers and has spurned Florida law by intentionally failing to check identification before selling dangerous weapons to underage knife purchasers”

The firm claims Johnson bought the knife at Publix hours before the attack. It’s against the law in Florida to sell any weapons to people under the age of 18.

IANAl and surely do not have Florida Statutes 790 memorized, but I do n ot recall anything about minors forbidden to own knives. So I downloaded the lawsuit (always read the source) and things started to get clearer:

They almost got it. The only section in 790 that deals with minors being sold/transferred a weapon is 790.18 which reads:

Now, unless the lawyers manage to prove that Publix is a licensed dealer, I do not see how they are planning to win this case, unless the only thing they really want is for Publix to settle  out of court as fast as possible to avoid bad publicity and unnecessary legal expenses..

Anyway, that is my uneducated opinion.

AOC: We need to ‘slow down’ on bail reform fixes

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says the jury is still out on bail reform.

“What I would just say is that we should just give this time. It’s been five minutes,” AOC told The Post when asked if the controversial new law needed to be amended.

There’s a very strong campaign coming from a lot of different interests to roll them back,” she said. “I’m sure that there’a a lot of money with the bail bond industry, a lot of folks make a lot of money on cash bail, and I think that this is a well-funded campaign.”

See, it’s not that criminals are getting arrested for their 139th time and being let out again, or that violent offenders are assaulting and attacking people by the day and can’t be held in prison.  Or that the Squeegee Men are back and NYC has descended into recidivist chaos.

Nope, it’s the greedy bail bondsmen who want to profit off the police abuse of POC.

Both Andrew Cuomo and Bill de Blasio want bail reform amended because in a very short time it has fully turned NYC into a pre-Giuliani shit hole, but the de facto leader of the Democrats wants to pump the brakes on restoring an iota of sanity to that city.

I fundamentally do not understand why, but the Democrats love violent criminals more than you.

The lovebirds were stepping out of an IHOP on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard near West 132nd Street around 11 a.m. — when a man slashed Bascou in the neck and face with a knife.

When you see the pictures of his neck after he was sutured up, you can see how close he got to being killed.

Khalief Young, 28, was busted by an officer who spotted him on the street around 3:50 p.m. Monday, police sources told The Post.  He was charged with two counts of assault in the second degree, police said.

On Oct. 20 last year, he rang his neighbor’s doorbell and punched the woman in the face and kicked her several times, the sources said.

Four months earlier in June, he went into a deli on West 135th Street and slashed a deli worker in the neck, police sources said.

Prior to those two incidents, Young was arrested in March 2015 for criminal possession of a loaded firearm and spent a little less than two years in an upstate prison.

That bail reform is really working for New York City, isn’t it?

I bet that Young is released in the next couple of days and goes back to kicking women and slashing men because that’s what he does.

Just don’t go to New York City.  It’s not worth having some career psycho nearly cut your head off so you can take a selfie in Times Square.

Bernie, who says that he is “proud to be Jewish” has never identified with his Judaism in any meaningful way during his tenure in Congress.  Bernie has admitted he is not a practicing Jew, he is a “secular Jew,” which I have said many times, is a bullshit non-existent entity.

Bernie has been antagonistic to Israel and pals around with Islamist Antisemites.

Lastly, this blog has documented over and over again that the overwhelming majority of Antisemitic violence and rhetoric has come from the Progressive-Islamist Bund.

That Bernie featured a clip that shows him speaking before J-Street is telling.  J-Street is a Progressive “Jewish” group made up of mostly “secular Jews” that is anti-Israel and sides with Progressive anti-Israel groups like Students for Justice in Palestine.

At the end of the day, the simple fact is Trump has Jewish grandchildren and Bernie does not.

This ad is clearly cover for the fact that Linda Sarsour is his proxy and Ilhan Omar is one of his most vocal supporters, and they can’t open their mouths without revealing their contempt for the Jews.

I was about to have a stroke when I started reading the comments from the Times of Israel Twitter feed on this article.  There is hope yet.
