Exactly the same as SB 134 and the death of Concealed Carry and pretty much will make even possession of a firearm in Florida a crazy chore. A county can go ahead and enact a ban of firearms even in private homes and nobody could stop them.

Good bye to the Red Flag law and we should go back to doing the adjudicated mentally defective via doctors and a judge with the possibility of a real appeal and recovery or rights.  It also gets rid of the need to be 21 years old in order to buy a firearm. Prohibition of Bump Fire devices is lifted.

We get a tax break on September 5th of 2020. It is not a recurrent thing after that. Why? No idea but I will take the break to keep more of my money.

Let’s see what interesting in this version of the AWB: If you loan your rifle to somebody under 21, you are committing a Third Degree Felony, how nice of them. You must register your rifle with the state to grandfather it in and you must provide a ton of information including who sold it to you, when, was this, who was the FFL, make model serial number and whatever other info they decide at a later date they want from you.  Of course, if you feel these regulations are too troublesome, you can ship your rifle out of the state, destroy it or “donate” it to the state via your local LEO agency.

Just more crap.

Pretty much the same thing as HB 923,

so I will paste what I posted there:

My problem with this is that there is no give or take for the size of the store or even if it is a Kitchen Table FFL who can’t afford to have mythical bolt-cutter proof rods and cables. At least they did not demand an alarm system with 24/7 monitoring.
Here is a video of armored steel cable lock being defeated rather quick by a simple mechanical tool:

Same as the other ones, Dianne Feinstein AWB: No UBRs or bad magazines, but we will let you keep the ones you have if you register them with us so we know where they are when we decide to confiscate.
I think there are still at least another repeat bill out there.
