Everything in this video is disgustingly, grotesquely racist.

But there is one particular point that I really want to touch on.
Where that one Leftist she-goblin complains about being a white woman and teaching Spanish.
The Spanish language is a Romance language, meaning it is derived from Latin of the Roman Empire, and originated in Spain on the Iberian Peninsula in Europe in, at least, the 13th Century.
White Europeans invented the Spanish language.
They spread it around the world as the Spanish Empire grew during the 15th and 16th Centuries.
Except White Leftists don’t want to associate Spanish with Spain.
For them, “Spanish” means “poor Brown people from Mexico/Central America” so they think it’s racist for a white person to teach it.
They have erased Spain from Spanish.
I had to deal with this in my own kid’s education. My son had to watch a video for his Spanish class about “Spanish culture.” He watched Coco, which is about the Day of the Dead. That’s not “Spanish culture” that is a Mexican cult holiday.
I’ve told stories about Democrats coming to Miami to pander the Hispanic community there and talk to Cubans about illegal border crossings and the rights of migrant farmworkers, because they assume that all Brown Spanish-speaking people are Mexican and have solidarity with people wading across the Rio Grande.
These White Leftists are just disgusting fucking human garbage who are powered by racism and ignorance.
Miguel Cervantes is rolling over in his grave over the way White college educators think of his language.
I openly invite Miguel to follow up with his opinion on this as a native Spanish speaker of Iberian heritage.

I’ve talked with many Latino and Latina friends from South America, Central America and descendants of the original land grant families in the American Southwest. All of whom had a skin tone indistinguishable from my Anglo-Saxon melanin deficient one. Universally, they abhorred the media and political attitude that considered all Hispanic people are assumed to be “Mexicans.”
Sadly conservatives can be this ignorant, too. I told a very conservative co-worker that while on vacation I had eaten at a very nice “Spanish” restaurant. He sneered and said “You went on vacation to eat tacos?”

Then again, that person isn’t as likely to give super smug lectures on how Oh So Much More Compassionate and Sensitive they are to the Plight of Those Poor Little Brown Mexicans, while displaying an absolute and utter ignorance of Hispanic culture and history.
I would even go so far as to say that your person who thinks tacos are Spainish has a better grasp of the subject than anyone who uses “Latinix” unironically.

El Cid, Fernando and Isabella, a veritable host of Spanish saints and martyrs, lots and lots of painters, musicians, composers, architects, soldiers, sailers, aviators, all would join with Cervantes to rise up and beat the living dog squeeze out of these anti-Spanish people.
