FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — President Donald Trump’s expected move to his Mar-a-Lago club after he leaves office next month is being challenged by a lawyer who says a 1990s agreement allowing Trump to convert the Florida property into a business prohibits anyone from living there, including him.
Attorney Reginald Stambaugh sent a letter this week to the Town of Palm Beach saying he represents a neighbor who doesn’t want the president to take up residence at the 17-acre property because it would decrease the area’s property values. He also asserts that a microwave security barrier operated by the Secret Service is harming his client, who he says is exhibiting symptoms of microwave exposure. He did not give the client’s name.

The lovely and opulent Palm Beach, populated by the Florida Liberal Ultra Rich and the occasional Drug Lord does it again. This is the closest to Beverly Hills gold-plated glory hole we have on this side of the country. Imagine the gall of telling the property owner he can live in his real state because it may bring imaginary real state cooties.
The Trump Organization issued a statement Thursday saying, “There is no document or agreement in place that prohibits President Trump from using Mar-A-Lago as his residence.”
This is gonna be so much fun to watch.
One thing this article has made me realize is that we are going to have (next year or in 4 more) a living President as a resident of the state of Florida who collectively voted for him so hard that the margin of cheating was overwhelmed. If the local Republicans have a wee bit of sense, they will be smart to use the star power that has landed in the Gunshine State.

The “Palinizing” of Trump is already beginning. It’s said that the leftists are looking forward to attacking him through the courts in order to punish him for his 4 years in office…I call it Palinizing since the practice of attacking a conservative through the courts first started with Sarah Palin after the 2008 presidential run. She was forced to leave the Governor’s office in her home state of Alaska due to hundreds of spurious law suits filed against her which paralyzed the office of the governor and almost drove her into bankruptcy….This is the goal of the fascist left after Trump leaves office…whenever that may be.
