Edit Macias is the now infamous MAGA Cap thief out of UC Riverside. Yesterday I was showing my wife the video when I saw her name tag… and started to laugh:
Chata.
Chata has two uses in Spanish for a person: short of stature or flat nosed. Or basically you are calling somebody either a midget or a bulldog.
I know Spain uses it without malice, but in the rest of the Spanish Speaking countries it is not a nice term. Sometimes it can even be used as part of a threat like “Te voy a dejar la cara chata” or I am gonna flatten your face (nose).
But in the case of Ms. Macias we can expand the meaning to include chata mental or mental midget.
Hahahahaha! I hadn’t looked to closely and thought it said “Chola.” 😛
That would be even worse 😀
Considering her idiotic behavior, both “chata” & “chola” apply. If the boot fits…. 😉
