This does not amaze me. Not an unexpected thought coming from Philly and I bet other locations where violence is out of control and have the same species of arthritic gazelles.

And God bless you if you want to live in that kind of mental fantasy land. But I do take issues when the same idiots also believe they can control the violent players by voting for more laws that do not affect the criminals, but the good people. I would even go as far as betting that the same person who was quoted here, would outright refuse to talk with cops if they were witnesses to a crime of violence.

Just because you stupidly perpetuate bad behavior does not mean I have to pay for it, especially if the currency is my life.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

  1. Its what I call “citified”.. they have no idea what is going out outside of thier one- an- a- half foot radius around them. Liberals lie to them ,pass control freak laws and tell them they are safe… after awhile they believe it. City victimhood- it won’t happen to me.. when it does they can’t believe it did.. wall all the cities off… ship the homeless and criminals to them. Ship the liberals too.

  2. That’s the problem with the leftist utopian ideology, it feels good when you hear “The plan”, it seems to address the hope one feels could be true, i.e., that life can be better. But after a short time, reality prevails and crushes that hope. Then what follows is, the believers in utopia, go inward, protecting within themselves their lofty ideology simply because they like what they heard. It’s their Hope Eternal, and they have the right to hold onto it no matter what. It’s their Faith. It’s superior, it’s elite. It’s better. After all, they believe in the goodness of people. Good will prevail.

Until it doesn’t. I always remind anyone who gives me this line of thinking, “Even the Garden of Eden had a permanent resident evil, named Lucifer, relaxing in the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. A sweet utopia, where everyone can be like God.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
