I am amazed to see that the comments are not cuddly and nice about the little Nazi. He seems to be disliked across the whole South Florida which I may need to remind you guys is pretty damn diverse race and religion wise. And there is a good share of those who are speculating if this is just a publicity stunt to call attention on himself by waving the victim card. BSO and FBI will be investigating, I am sure…OK, stop laughing.

I do find a bit amusing that Good Guys with Guns showed up to curtail any possible crime.

Mommy and Daddy do have a nice house though. That has to be a high six figure home just by having a waterfront.

I’m going to shoot USPSA this weekend.

I was getting my stuff ready and my Limited 9mm has decided it is trans-cylinder and trans-caliber, and identifies as a Revolver shooting Major.

The fact that it is a 21 round 9mm is just it’s engineering, a big bore wheel gun is it s “gunder.”  It should be allowed to compete just the way it is in the division it feels like, and be scored accordingly.

You are gonna tell me that these kids who cannot stand somebody saying something nasty against them  on Twitter are gonna spend 60 days inside a bus travelling across the nation? I am gonna bet that after a few photo shoots, they will send the bus ahead and fly people to locations nearby their destination.

The Gun Control loves a long tour bus. Five years ago, Michael Bloomberg, the Parkland Brats financier, sent what he called a No More Name bus on a tour across the nation that fizzled out rather quick. I did change its name for something more appropriate:

Look at the remorseless smirk on his face as he talks about the “what if’s.”

Let’s be fucking clear here.  Scot Peterson was a 54 year old man, who got a cushy fucking goldbricking job.  He figured that he’s spend 28 years of his police career riding around an upper middle class neighborhood high school on a golf cart.  Maybe busting kids for smoking or petty bullshit like that.

Then Nicolas Cruz shows up with a gun.

Peterson realized that he wasn’t cut out of that.  He’s a few weeks short of retirement, and he’s not going to get killed in a shootout.  Fuck it.  He’ll set up a perimeter and goldbrick his ass through that shooting the way he goldbricked the majority of his career.

That decision got 17 kids killed and for his inaction, he was rewarded with $8,072 per month in pension for the rest of his pathetic, goldbricking life.

Another 30 fucking years sucking off the tax payers for being a yellow bellied, chicken shit, dick-less fucking coward.

But because The Narrative™ means that Peterson can’t be held accountable and it’s all the NRA’s fault.  The media has to go one step further and turn him into the victim.

Poor Peterson, having to live the rest of his life with his regrets.  As he sits on his back porch or maybe his boat, sipping a beer.

In a civil society, he’d be in the stocks in the center of town as people waked by to rub shit, literal animal shit, in his face.  Maybe it’s time we bring that back.

I could go into Heller and Article I of the Constitution.

Historically, the Militia was armed citizens, separate from a formal and commissioned military.

The words that I’m going to focus on here are the forgotten ones.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Why that language?  Why “a free State?”

If the purpose of the Militia was to defend the nation from foreign invasion, why not say “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security the State?” 

Because the duty of the Militia was to defend “a free State” from all forms of oppression, be it foreign invader or domestic tyrant.

“A free State” exists as a separate idea from the United States.  At the time they were one and the same, but if the United States ever drifted from that, the Militia was supposed to defend “a free State” and not necessarily the State.

The militia was not supposed to be a tool of State oppression.  This is where the Militia stands in direct opposition to the Armies and Navy created by Congress.

The operative word in all of that is “free.”  The Militia defends freedom not the tyrannical government, “the free State” not “the State.”

This is just my humble, non-law school opinion.  But if we are going to pick apart every word of the Second Amendment looking for meaning, I think this is an important point to make.

The only place in the Constitution does the term “free State” show up is the Second Amendment.   I believe is for that very reason.  To make it clear that the right to keep and bear arms exists as a bulwark against tyranny by making the Militia – free, armed citizens – defenders of a free America and not a tyrannical American government.
