They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Watching this video reminds me why I would make either a fantastic or terrible President.

I would add a wing to the DOJ that existed for one reason only, to use 18 USC § 241 as fucking Mjolnir to pound the shit out of state and local governments that abuse fines and asset forfeiture under the 4th and 8th Amendments.  

Also use the terrible ammo law in California to bust them for conspiracy against the 2nd Amendment.

Pretty much I’d be looking to fill Federal prisons with abusive low level politicians and bureaucrats for the sheer pleasure of watching petulant City Commissioners do hard time for being an obnoxious assholes with ordinances.

So this gut got the right permit to destroy a building he own on his own property, but the police had a problem with how he was doing it.

Deep in my heart I’m a rural redneck.

After years of living in or near farm country in South Dakota, Indiana, and Alabama, if you have a truck and need to do some work on the homestead, you just do it.

A few weeks ago I used a truck and a winch to solve the problem of a dead tree in my front yard.  I know that’s not a building, but same difference.

In half the places I’ve lived, I think the only reason the cops might get on you for taking down your own building on your own property is if you did it with a truck load of tannerite and a rifle.

In New Jersey, I’m going to guess he was probably required to get some guys with the union out there and take it down for the cost of that truck.

Maybe he’ll get a citation for failing to grease the right palms before doing some honest work.

Bernie Marcus, one of the co-founders of Home Depot is supporting Donald Trump because of his economic policy.  Marcus is a big supporter of American Entrepreneurship.

Of course, the Left is going hard against Home Depot now.

Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank, the two primary founders of Home Depot are both Jewish.

Marcus is also a huge philanthropist supporting everything from the Atlanta Aquarium to a foundation for developmentally disabled children.

But being Republicans, at least one who supports Trump, that makes them White Supremacists.  Jewish White Supremacists.

Because the Democrats’ plan will hurt business growth and the economy.

And my mind, twisted as usual, thought the following: We need some ultra rich guy to pony up $5 million or Euro equivalent for a winner-takes-all match between the US Women’s team and, let’s say a second division winner from Spain or Italy.

And let it rip.

Why not First Division or National Teams? Because I an am asshole. Second division teams in Europe are the guys that are pretty good, but not First Division UEFA-World Cup power and style. I guess it is the soccer equivalent of Triple A with the difference that if the team plays very very good, the whole packet can get kicked upstairs which means some team in First can be shipped down to second.

These teams are hungry teams and if they are Spanish or Italian, then Megan Rapinoe and her babes would facing eleven Clubber-Lang-hungry male players who will not give two craps if they hurt their feeling or their kneecaps.  I may have forgotten to mention that Spain and Italy play a very physical version of the game at that level, very few theatrics. Add to the mix a heavy dose of machismo (“Losing to  woman? Never!”) and a bounty of $5 million for one game and it will make for an interesting test to see if the Women’s Team  can cash with their play the checks they keep issuing with their mouths.

He proposed that it is because of Florida’s anti-mask law.

We have those in Alabama as well, for the same reason.  They were created to combat the Klan.

Ours are not as brutal, they are part of loitering law.  However, they are strictly enforced by police who do not budge an inch on the subject.

Back in 2017, Richard Spencer spoke at Auburn University.

Antifa showed up with the clear intentions of going all Berkeley on campus and causing havoc.

Auburn Police showed up to prevent that from getting out of hand.

Auburn Police clearly did not attend the same police academy as Berkeley campus police or Portland PD.  They did not take shit from masked Antifa.

“No hoodies, no masks.”

Just look at how they turned into chicken-shits as soon as their masks came off.  Trying to hide their faces from the camera with their hands, slinking down the sidewalk.

They are bold when they think they can’t be identified.  All that has to be done to is take away their anonymity.

Auburn police were not afraid of arresting people who got out of hand either.

Go right ahead and start some shit, you will end up in handcuffs, on the ground, bleeding from your head, being hauled off to jail.

There hasn’t been an Antifa action in Alabama since then that I can find.

Letting them wear masks or hide their faces and letting them get away with violence, that is how things get out of hand.

Taking away their masks and cracking down on bad actors keeps the rest of them in line.

I was blessed with a wife who shared my feelings that a true vacation involves a fine hotel with room service. But movies and concerts were still fair game till the negatives (mostly people and price beating a close second) surpassed the main attraction.  And living in south Florida where you only have three weeks of no-hurricane, very low chance of rain & cool temperatures, event-makers tend to stack all the good events in that short time frame, so way too many idiots out there.
