I am shutting down for 2020
See you guys next year. Have a nice and safe New Years Eve.
And last year’s Pearls Before Swine was very accurate. He says he did not mean it. đ
Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.
It could not happen to a bigger asshole:
Page Six reports â The coronavirus dealt a massive blow to the actorâs finances, he revealed in court, as his estranged wife asked for an emergency order to raise her monthly American Express card credit limit from $50,000 to $100,000.
The âThe Irishmanâ actor appeared on a Skype call in his Manhattan divorce case with Grace Hightower as her lawyer told a judge that De Niro unfairly cut her monthly AmEx allowance from $100,000 to $50,000 and said she and their children had been banned from an upstate compound where De Niro is staying during the pandemic.
….
De Niroâs lawyer, Caroline Krauss, told the judge that Nobu lost $3 million in April and another $1.87 million in May. And he had to pay investors $500,000 on a capital call, which he borrowed money from his business partners to make, âbecause he doesnât have the cash,â Krauss said.
BREAKING: âIâd Like To Punch Trump In The Faceâ Actor Robert De Niro Is Running Out Of Money
Well, he can start selling all the stuff he own, starting with that compound in upstate NY (How come he is not in NYC? No trust in de Blasio and Cuomo) and I am sure there is plenty memorabilia he can put up in eBay if he needs some fast cash.
He can go broke for all I care.

For many American craft distillers, 2020 was already one of their worst years ever. The COVID-19-related closure of tasting rooms and cocktail bars, loss of tourism, and inability to offer in-store sampling slashed their sales revenue and cut them off from their customers. Then this week, just as it seemed they’d made it through the worst of a terrible year, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had one more surprise in store: The agency delivered notice to distilleries that had produced hand sanitizer in the early days of the pandemic that they now owe an unexpected fee to the government of more than $14,000.
Since the foundation of this country, Distillers and Government have been at odds; sometimes lightly and sometimes all the way trampling with constitutional rights and creating long-lasting agencies that kill citizens because they can and need to prance in front of TV cameras.
And, goes without saying, government understand pretty well that a populace that can provide for themselves, does not need them and can make them shrink or disappear. This is not being mean, this is punishment for Attempted Murder of a Bureaucratic Office in the First Degree.
In case you missed the news, Congressman-Elect Luke Letlow died of complications from COVID.
Many on the Left are dancing on his grave, rejoicing in “told you so” and saying things about how he deserved it for being “anti-science” and so on.
He left behind a wife and two young children.
So help me God I am tired of the faux calls for unity.
I want nothing more than to take every single one of these people mocking the Letlow family and force their spouses and children to watch as they are put to the wall.
Compassion goes both ways. So does a lack of compassion.
From Borepatch:
February Southwest Florida Blogshoot
Apologies for the lack of posting – The Queen Of The World and I had a houseguest from the Camp Borepatch days, and while it was great fun it pretty much filled the days.
But folks are asking about the February blogshoot so let me poll the readership. Leave a comment if you can be in the area for a blogshoot on February 20. Also say whether you know of a range that could handle the crowd (we had over 20 for the first).
I’m pretty sure I can get the private range at the gun club this far out (and will make sure that the wires won’t get crossed again – we will have both a 25 yard pistol range and a 200 yard rifle range). If we do it here again The Queen Of The World says she’ll cater it again but some people couldn’t make the trip and I’m happy to travel if there’s another range.
I am in. I am ever so in.
âWe paid for the first night and now weâre demanding that the city and county pay for the other nights weâve been here.â
Spokesperson for antifa group Tacoma Housing Now explains the plan behind the occupation of 16 rooms at a motel near Seattle. pic.twitter.com/SlwLNH2e7a

For context:
Over 40 Units At Port Of Tacoma Travelodge Occupied To Provide Emergency Housing
Weâre on day 4 of the hotel occupation and settling in for night 4! [According to The News Tribute, âAfter paying for the initial night, the occupants have refused to pay or leave for four days.â] Negotiations with the hotel owner, city, and county start tomorrow, but we have 50-70 people ready to defend if needed. Housing activists from Tacoma Housing Now, Seattle (the Yellow House), and Olympia have coalesced into a broad Puget Sound coalition that will support housing actions in each otherâs cities. Most of our medics on-site are veterans of the recent far-Right battles in Olympia that saw two antifascist protestors shot.
Here is a flyer they released:
In short, Antifa rented 16 rooms of a motel on Christmas to house 40 homeless people. They are continuing to occupy the rooms and are not paying.
They claim that they should be able to stay there because the owner got PPP money and they want the city and state to pay for outstanding costs.
They are calling for a small militia to defend them from eviction by police.

The owner of the Travelodge franchise is being held hostage. The city is negotiating with the activists while they destroy his property and refuse to pay him.
I am reminded, once again, of this scene from Doctor Zhivago.
The communists have taken a building in Tacoma and are using it to get what they want. Oilfield Rando is right, in modern Leftist America, violence works and might makes right.
When communists occupy a building and take a hostage, SWAT should be sent in to clear them out with MP5s. Instead, they get grant money.
This will only embolden them to occupy more private businesses and take more hostages.
Also, I’d like to point out something from the article above:
“Most of our medics on-site are veterans of the recent far-Right battles in Olympia that saw two antifascist protestors shot.”
They consider themselves to be veterans of a war against the United States and the “far-Right.”
They know they are at war with us, why don’t we acknowledge that fact?
