Italy: Castle Doctrine is now the Law of the Land.
I have read comments about Italy ever so slowly taking the side of the citizens rather than criminals when it comes to the law. Unfortunately, it is too common in Europe for the Government to be on the side of the criminal and harshly against the citizens (re: Tony Martin) that an actual law stating that use of force inside the home or workplace in self defense is properly legal is something momentous.
The following is browser-translated from the original article:
Law no. 36 of 26 April 2019 on “Amendments to the Criminal Code and other provisions on legitimate defence”(OJ no. 102 of 3 May 2019) was published in the Official Gazette.
Legitimate defense
A sort of presumption of “domestic” legitimate defense is introduced: in the event of a violation of domicile – and every place where commercial, professional or entrepreneurial activity is expressly equated with the domicile – the defense is considered “always” proportionate to the offense; the provision obviously aims to eliminate any residual room for discretion on the part of the judge in assessing the proportionality between the defense and offense;Furthermore, within the walls of the home and in the workplaces indicated above, those who reject the intrusion by one or more people “put in place with violence or threat of use of weapons or other means of physical compulsion” are always considered in a condition of legitimate defense.

Well done Italy!

Gear review: Kore Black Leather Gun Belt.
It has been a while since I made a post about gear, mostly because I don’t get gear sent for review. (I ain’t tactical enough?)
Since I lost so much weight, my The Wilderness tactical belts which were the only belts I used, were rendered obsolete. They are worn but still in great shape, but they no longer fit me nor carry the gun safely because they just simply drop from my waist. So I went looking for another belt and possibly in non-tactical look, just a nice leather belt stiff enough to carry concealed safely.
After checking around online, I bought the Kore Black Leather Gun Belt. It has a ratchet system rather than holes or the velcro patches to secure and I have to say I am impressed: It is comfortable to wear and it does keep the holster nice and tight against your body. I like the ratchet system as I can adjust it tighter or looser by fractions of an inch. The belt itself looks great: a conservative black look with a buckle that looks good but it is not flashy.
Here is the video from the manufacturer:
The regular belt covers pant sizes from 22 to 44 and then they have the 44 to 54 size so that should cover most everybody. Only one recommendation: Practice unlocking the belt a lot. It is not hard, but it is a totally new skill set that your hands need to learn and having an urgent need to partake seating at the porcelain throne is not the moment to develop those skills.
Final thought? I am happy with the belt. I will se myself buying another in the future.
The Taliban won and Big Tech starts to impose Sharia law, and I’m actually fine with it
OnlyFans to Bar Sexually Explicit Videos Starting in October
OnlyFans is getting out of the pornography business.
Starting in October, the company will prohibit creators from posting material with sexually explicit conduct on its website, which many sex workers use to sell fans explicit content.
The article says something about sexually explicit content making it hard to get funding but I don’t believe that.
I think Big Tech is getting ahead of what they see as being a Taliban being victorious. And if that means curtailing the social decay of young women being encouraged to cam-whore on OnlyFans, I’m fine with that.
The West abandoned liberalism for libertinism and the results have been disastrous. Maybe a little bit of backtracking will do us good.
Never underestimate Biden’s ability to make things worse, they are adding insult to injury
State Dept's Overseas Security Advisory Council said Aug. 14: "Repatriation flights are not free, & passengers will be required to sign a promissory loan agreement & may not be eligible to renew their U.S. passports til the loan is repaid. Yup, they collapse Afghanistan, then they evacuate you from the shitstorm they created, then they bill you for it.
But he’s making no effort to recover the billions of dollars of military equipment left there which is now in the hands of the Taliban.
Fucking hell…
It’s like the US government is just baiting the Taliban into getting Al Qaeda attack us again
American University of Afghanistan professor tried to change the country by posting “risqué stories like the one about two engaged Afghan men on the verge of a breakup due to one partner’s hemorrhoids ruining their sex life.” https://t.co/vnwa7hcnsF pic.twitter.com/w5xjnA00U6

What the actual ridiculous fuck is this shit?
We’re not teaching them how to get clean drinking water or make sanitary sewer systems or increase crop yields or anything a developing country needs.
No, we’re teaching them to write gay erotic fiction.
In a fundamentalist Muslim country.
What the fuck is wrong with our government?
No wonder the Taliban are going after our people.
Holy shit.
We need to start painting giant bullseyes around liberal universities. Our security theater won’t prevent another 9/11. At least we will be able to direct Al Qaeda away from innocent civilians and towards the people that thought it was a good idea to teach Afghans how to write gay porn.
