Everytown has the gall to come down with the vapors that the NRA has a problem with Liberals and the Media and might actually think they are the enemy.

Seeing as how their hero, Hillary Clinton, actually called the NRA her enemy during her campaign, all i can say is “gimme a fucking break.”

Maybe it is when Comedy Central refers to the NRA show as “the Comic-Con of Death” that maybe they’ve gone too far.

Or when Conan O’Brien attacked us at the correspondents dinner.

Or maybe it was when Michael Ian Black called us terrorists.

Or when the NY Times editorial staff called us terrorists.

Or when a MoveOn.org petition was created that tried to declare the NRA a terrorist organization.

Or when Salon said the NRA is backing terrorism.

Or when the NY Daily News put out these cover pages.

Or maybe it was when bill Maher shared this cartoon on his Twitter feed.

Or maybe it was when the Media pushed the story that ISIS was using the NRA to buy weapons in the US.

Or maybe it was every political cartoon that showed NRA members as fat, stupid, ignorant, rednecks.

Maybe you declared us your enemies first, and have spent years attacking us relentlessly and we’re just tired of it.  We have won major victories in court and now we are going to war for the pop culture.

The Trump victory showed that we have a fighting chance to take control of the narrative.

I saw this tweet reposted online.  I think it made me angrier than any other single tweet I’ve ever seen.

Bradley Manning is a coward and a piece of shit.  He joined the military for all the wrong reasons and showed none of what is expected with thee Army’s esprit de corps.  

He leaked information to Wikileaks that got other soldiers killed, and was by all measure Treason.  I do not say that lightly, the way Liberals throw that word around.

While in prison, Manning exhibited the symptoms of a severe mental illness and the progressive rot that the Obama admin infected our military with meant that Manning got treatment at the taxpayer expense to accommodate his sexual delusion.  Now that he was freed by Obama, he remains in the military to receive further taxpayer dollars for this goal.

He has become a hero of the Progressive Left, and like many (all)  Leftists he believes that the rich pay too little in taxes towards cradle-to-grave government.

Fine.

But it is his last sentence that enrages me.  “We should make them.”

Government is force.  I don’t feel like paying to accommodate this traitor’s mental illness.  So he wants to send men with guns to take my money from me.  With force.  To line his pockets and pay for his Progressive whims.  With force.

If he wants my money so bad, he can pick up a gun and come to my house and take it himself.  If what was written about his time at basic is true, I have nothing to fear from this sniveling freak.

Like every Leftists he hates his countrymen more than the actual enemy.

He leaked to Wikileaks because he didn’t like how much violence the US Army was using on insurgents in Iraq.

He has no problem sending men with guns to kill his fellow countrymen for their money.

It’s more and more obvious that all of these groups are just different faces to a Progressive Leftist hydra.  The Democrats openly supported Black Lives Matter at their convention despite the anti-cop rhetoric they were shouting.   BLM is now merging with LBGT who are both aligning with Radical Islam, which is aligned with Feminism, while being anti-Semitic.

So lo and behold that Moms Demand Action posted this on Friday.

Way to whitewash the hell out what happened.

First of all, the Dallas Protest was more of a riot, and was far from peaceful.

The shooter was a radical, racist, who wanted revenge against police for the high profile shootings of black men, urged on by Black Lives Matter rhetoric.

Reading the MDA tweet, you’d think that the shooting had nothing to do with radical Leftist politics.  It was probably just some white, racist, CCW holder who was mad that the police were protecting a MKL-esque civil rights march.

This is no different than the reaction to the Congressional Baseball Shooting.  Violent Leftist listens to violent Leftist message, shoots people, the Leftists who encouraged it use the event to call for more Lefty gun control.

Sorry, but I’m not buying it.

The Mary Sue doubled down on ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ analogy.

Because not being able to wear a sleeveless blouse or open toe shoes is the same as being forced into a Amish Burka.

Of course, some more reasonable media outlets have explained that the dress code for the Speaker’s Lobby predates Ryan and that reporters are warned about dress codes before entering.

Here is what no media outlet has said, that I feel needs to be said:

The dress code for men in the House is a suit.  A suit.  Your shoulders are not giving me the vapors because I am already light headed from my wool pants, undershirt, oxford shirt, tie, and silk lined wool jacket.

You can’t wear a light, sleeveless blouse.  Boo hoo hoo, I’m forced into a wool jacket.

You have to worry about your skirt being too short.  I’m in wool pants.

Sure, I’m not in Congress, but I experienced this exact same thing in business.

My choice of attire was a black suit, a gray suit, or a blue suit.  If I was feeling really daring and the weather was nice, I could wear a camelhair suit.

I left “business” to go into manufacturing.  I still have a uniform.  Long, heavy cotton pants, composite toe boots, and a shirt with a collar.  Every day.

I’d see the women in the company, not in engineering (usually accounting or marketing) wearing skirts and blouses and sandals to work while I’m sweating to death on aching feet in boots and something to protect me from chemical spills, abrasions, metal chips, etc.

Don’t tell me about the sexism of “professional dress codes” when my choices in daily wear are a wool suit and oxfords or a cotton/nomex blend and safety toe boots.

Maybe Speaker Ryan should change the Speaker’s Lobby dress code.  Full suits with jackets all around for everybody.
