The ACLU issued a travel warning for Americans who go to Texas because the the sanctuary city ban Texas Governor Greg Abbott just signed into law.

Apparently, for the ACLU it is a horrible violation of a person’s rights to have their immigration status verified after an arrest for another crime.

NYC top douchebag Mayor Bill de Blasio attacked Texas on Twitter.

I guess New Yorkers didn’t get the message about it being the safest April in NYC history, because most people don’t believe the crime stats.  That’s because de Blasio is fudging the stats.    Something that NYC has a history of doing.

Besides, it’s easy to say the crime stats are lower when many offenses were decriminalized by de Blasio.

So color me skeptical of de Blasio’s claims.

All that aside, this is where this post was going.

Years ago, I drove to NYC to visit a buddy of mine that had a college internship in the city.  I was driving my old Suburban with Florida plates and an NRA window sticker.

I got pulled over and searched by the NYPD.  Yes it was an illegal search.  No, I did not consent.  I was a dumb college student without the wherewithal to stand up for myself.

I kept being asked about guns and why I was coming to New York.

I was profiled.  A car with FL plates and an NRA sticker, I had to be a gun runner.

My civil rights were completely violated.

The ACLU has NEVER stood up for this kind of profiling.  NYC liberals are happy to violate any civil rights they don’t agree with.

Here illegally?  They will bend over backwards for you.

Have an NRA sticker on your car?  They will stick a camera up your ass.

Maybe the NRA should publicly issue a Travel Warning to all 150 Million plus gun owners not to go to NYC.  Turnabout is fair play.

If you were to listen to the Left, not is is America not the best country, it is in many ways the worst country on earth.  The same people (HuffPo) will tell you that deporting criminal aliens is cruel and unusual punishment.  Apparently the Progressive thing to do is to allow them to stay in this racist, xenophobic country that hates them.

Yeah, I don’t get it either.

However, Trump favors deportation for criminal illegal immigrants.  That is enough for Democrats to want to fight deportation tooth and nail.

In Boston, an Uber driver took a woman who hired his services to a remote location and raped her, then dropped her off on the campus of Boston College.  As it turns out, the man was an illegal immigrant and passed the Uber background check by using a fake name.

During arraignment it was made public that Luis Baez, the driver, was an associate of the Mozart Street Gang, had previous arrests, had been previously deported, and was wanted by ICE.

The judge released Baez on $2,500 bond, and now he’s gone.

Rape a women three times and pay a $2,500 fine.  That’s what that amounts to.

In Portland, Oregon, Diddier Pacheco-Salazar was arrested for DUI.  Because of his criminal record and previous deportation and return, ICE decided that wanted to detain him after court.  The judge, a Progressive on the board of the Oregon Hispanic Bar Association, let Pacheco-Salazar out of court through the Judge’s entrance to avoid ICE officers.  The Judge is not under criminal investigation, because in Portlandia, Progressive identity politics trumps the law and Judge’s oath.

In New York City, Communist Dickbag Mayor de Blasio ordered that the NYPD not turn illegal immigrants over to ICE for committing minor crimes like drunk driving and grand larceny.  In practicality  this means that NYC rejects pretty much all federal detainers and causes the NYPD to release admitted members of the MS-13 gang (known for their violent culture of gang rape) back into the city.

In Baltimore, porcescutors have been told to go easy on illegal immigrants, pleading them down to minor crimes, so that they can avoid having a detainers placed on them to prevent deportation.

The result is that Democrats have created a preferred class of criminals.  If you are in the country illegally and you commit a crime, Progressives in the judicial system will bend over backwards to ensure you get the lightest possible touch to avoid deportation.

Violent, forcible rape is punished with a fine.  Drug dealing and intimidating  a witness gets your a night stay behind bars.  Nearly kill someone under the influence and your’e free to go.

This is the Ferguson effect on steroids.  Very quickly, illegal immigrants with nefarious intent will learn that the law really doesn’t apply to them.  They are free to pray on American citizens with impunity.  All they have to so is flash some teardrop tattoos at a Progressive judge and say that they don’t want their family broken up and who knows what they will be able to get away with.

This is setting an insanely dangerous precedent.  It is like the inverse of broken windows policing.  This will only encourage crime.

God help the people living in and around sanctuary cities, because the police and local judicial system sure as hell wont.

The NRA likes the “gun-show loophole” because the organization is funded by firearms manufacturers who would like to continue making money selling weapons to criminals. (A large majority of the NRA’s members support universal background checks, even as the organization does everything in its power to prevent their enactment.)

First of all, that 91% of people including the NRA want background checks is right up there with 97% of scientists believe global warming will kill us all bullshit statistics.

I can tell you, as someone who works in the industry, we don’t get up in the morning and say “I really hope some criminal buys one of our guns and shoots up a school so more people go out an buy guns for self defense.”

That is EXACTLY what these fuckers believe.

So the American Health Care Act of 2017 passed the House.

Here is honestly how I feel about this.

The problem with health care in the US is the Federal Government.  The Government has mandated, regulated, subsidized, taxed, and in every other way fucked healthcare like a drunken prom queen.

Obama got elected and decided being balls deep in healthcare wasn’t enough.  Expending as much political capital as he could, against the will of half the country and the healthcare industry, he started fisting healthcare too.

Trump got elected and the GOP looked at healthcare and said “Obama hurt millions of people by jamming his left hand wrist deep up healthcare’s ass.  We need to fix this.”  They did so… by jamming their right hand in healthcare.

Now everybody is screaming about just how much this hurts.  The obvious answer of just pull the goverment out of healthcare is the one thing that they are not going to do.

The goverment left the personal computer, cell phone, and internet industries alone and during the course of my life a cell phone went from something that cost more than the Mercedes is was mounted in to something everyone has in their pocket.  If the goverment left healthcare alone, I’m sure by now you could have gotten an x-ray at the local CVS for $25 and have a radiologist e-mail you the results.

When my dog hurt his back, an x-ray, fentanyl patch, and steroids cost me $75 at the vet.  The same x-ray, fentanyl patch, and steroids cost me $250 for the ER co-pay and would have been over $3,500 had I not already met my deductible.  Next time my back goes out, I’m gonna put a collar on and go to the vet.

There is a lot of bullshit floating around about the AHCA.  Such as rape and sexual assault being re-existing conditions.  They are not, but who on the left cares?

Think Progress and a bunch of other liberal news sites spread the lie that the GOP had a beer fest to celebrate the passing of the AHCA.

Kurt Eichenwald of Newsweek decided that this lie was worth family members of the GOP dying.

Not fulfilling his daily quota of being an asshole, he decided that the AHCA was worth torturing the GOP.

This is the kind of shit that is eventually going to get people killed.

Claiming that “House Republicans vote to sentence millions of Americans to death” and that they celebrated that with cases of beer and should  be tortured for is is the kind of rhetoric that fuels Antifa and the John Brown Gun Club.

One of these assholes who should know better is going to say something untrue but inflammatory and some unhinged Antifa member is going do something stupid and violent.

Then we will all suffer.

Residents at three public housing areas now have a mini-fleet of free Zipcars to make their way around Sacramento.

On Friday, Sacramento launched a pilot program that put eight shared electric Kia Souls at public housing sites. Up to 300 residents can apply for on-demand access to the vehicles, with no charge for maintenance, insurance or juicing up the battery.

The program is funded through a $1.3 million grant from the California Air Resources Board using cap-and-trade funds that businesses pay to offset their carbon emissions.

Let me see if I get this right:

People who live in housing paid for by tax payers will now have access to new cars, paid for by business taxes, which are paid for by consumers.

Is there any economic incentive to work in California?

Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg said the cars will help people get to doctors appointments, job interviews and school.

I doubt it.

“It’s providing accessible transportation to low-income people using the newest, cleanest technology,” said Steinberg. “This is the definition of environmental justice.”

Florida Memorial University is awarding Treyvon Martin a posthumous degree.

At its commencement ceremony on May 13, Florida Memorial University will present a posthumous honorary degree to Trayvon Martin, the Florida teenager killed by George Zimmerman five years ago.

The private university announced Wednesday that Martin’s parents, Sabrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, will accept a bachelor of science degree in aeronautical science with a concentration in flight education on behalf of their son.

The degree is in “honor of the steps he took during his young life toward becoming a pilot,” the school said in a Facebook post.  Florida Memorial’s Department of Aviation and Safety has a designated Cessna pilot training center, and the school also houses the Trayvon Martin Foundation. It is based in Miami Gardens, where Trayvon Martin lived with his father.

When I first heard honorary degree, I figured a Doctor of Letters.  Those are worthless honoraries.  Nope, he gets a real BS in aviation science.   That’s a serious degree.  It’s sad to know that it’s is now been reduced to a worthless piece of paper by the school.

I feel bad for the students who earned that degree to find out its now a fancy bit of ass wipe paper.

Why aviation science?   Apparently Treyvon wanted to be a pilot.  I wonder how having drugs in his system played into that since drug use is the fastest way to not get FAA certification.

Never mind.  The cult of St. Trayvon wanted to bestow another offering to their incorruptible.

A group of Antifa in Arizona have created the John Brown Gun Club.  John Brown is in reference to the millitant abolitionist John Brown, who staged the raid on the arsenal at Harpers Ferry.  John Brown became a martyr for the anti-slavery movement and northern extremists prior to the Civil War.

In this case the Antifa group that created the gun club is called Redneck Revolt and is a Communist militia that wants to “put the red back in redneck.”

The history of the white working class is one full of resistance, collectively and individually, against the rich elite that hold power over all of our lives. From their own blog post, they want to style themselves after the workers that fought the Battle of Blair Mountain.  These people aren’t a bunch of workers in debt bondage who were paid in script, and the people they want to war against are not the owners of the mine that bribed the local goverment to enforce the debt bond.  Times have changed.

These people are training to fight Mr. and Mrs. Middle Class who didn’t vote for Bernie.  These are not an enslaved people fighting for their freedom, they are fighting to impose their Communist system on the rest of us.

I have seen comments that their video is “hilarious.”  Sure, their form is bad, their accuracy sucks, they are a bunch of Commmie n00bs with guns.

There are only two things I have to say to that:

One, they are practicing.

Two, bad tactics and training will loose you the war, but throw enough rounds down range and you are bound to hit something.  Videos of Islamic Insurgents in war are a clown show to watch, but they still cause casualties.  You don’t have to be an operator to kill someone, just lucky.
