For libertarians, this bill is not a matter of our Second Amendment right; rather, it’s a matter of federal overreach. Under Concealed Carry Reciprocity, state gun laws would be rendered null and void, as anyone with a concealed carry permit in one state would be able to travel across state lines while armed.

Immediately I got worried. Did something got changed in the bill since the last time I checked it out? I rush over H.R. 38’s page and checked the text .  Maybe since IANAL I could not find it in the “extensive” 48 lines dealing with citizens legally carrying a sidearm across state lines. But the article gets better.

A 2017 study indicates that it’s not just those who value state autonomy who are opposed to the bill. A national survey found that 83 percent of Republicans and 84 percent of independents believe that people with a legal right to carry concealed should have to pass a test demonstrating that they can “safely and lawfully handle a gun in common situations they might encounter.”

If this is the new way of the Libertarian Party, you have indeed become a vote-sucking machine for the Democrats and a bad clown show for whatever Libertarians used to stand behind.

And it is official at least in Connecticut: If you are an NRA member, you are a terrorist.

So dear Governor, time to put up or shut up. The General Statutes of Connecticut, Chapter 952 Part XXV Sec. 53a-300 establish that Terrorism is  a Felony.  Therefore it is your duty to direct the Attorney General George Jespen to begin the arrest and prosecution of those terroristic NRA members that are living in your fair state.  Failing to do so would be violating your oath of office and subject to the appropriate penalties.

They are chumming the waters….

The Broward County School Board will not be touched for not only bouncing around Nikolas Cruz and ignoring the threats, but also hiding his criminal events. There is too much money coming from the Legislature to lose their seat and the wealth need to be spread.

The Broward Sheriff Office will not be made the scape goat. The coward officer is now retired with benefits. The other deputies that hid behind cars and the captain that gave the order to form a perimeter will be given a couple of weeks of shit detail somewhere without the loss of pay and no permanent mark in their jackets. Sheriff Scott Israel has already been pardoned by the official Teen Mouthpieces and CNN so he will not be getting any punishment. In fact it seems h=that people are not allowed to talk shit about the guy.

In the meantime, two Miramar SWAT officers that heard the Parkland shooting call and headed to the school have been suspended. That is Florida for you.

The full punishment will be given to anybody ages 18-20 who will not be allowed to buy a firearm in the State of Florida because “something needed to be done.” How does it feel to get the brunt of 21st Century Jim Crow Laws?

Floridians 18-20 are now part of the New Negroes.
