The car was already past the cop. This is a bad shoot. He murdered that woman. I hope they crucify him.
Was there ever a time when the was a threat to him? In the quick video it did not seem to me to be any threat to him outside failure to respect the uniform.

Yes, murder by fat black School Lazy Officer who can’t run nor walk, and got his job ONLY because he is a member of the 13%! There was NO legal justification in firing his weapon!
