I’m guessing training round?
Training rounds are supposed to be marked in blue. But I’m thinking with no indication of rotation the hit was while the vehicle was stationary. And since that looks like a pickup, I’m guessing someone was purposely trying to disable a “technical”.
But don’t worry – it’ll buff right out.
