Just finished reading J Kb’s last post “Where are you going to go you effin idiots? Why Leftism makes Jews stupid.” and this tweet caught my attention because I have seen the same or similar words paraded around too many times:
Meaning no disrespect at all but either the Holocaust Survivors bred like bunny rabbits and produced 90% of all Socialist Jews in this country or (more likely) a lot of Lefty Jews are falsely waving a flag that should not be taken in vain, specially to “validate” their woke status in social media.

This works counter intuitively. Every generation can double the chances a descendent could claim heritage. Baby-boomers only get two chances, having only two parents from the affected generation. Generation X needs one out of four grandparents. Millennials have 16 great-grandparents.
I think this is a variation of “David Hogg-ism”: “I was in the same zip code so I am a survivor of the Parkland shooting.” Only in this case would be “My great grandparents were in tour of Europe back when WWII broke, so they arte survivors.”

Perhaps I’m overly cynical, but given their hatred of Jews and the fact that she never claimed to actually be Jewish, my first thought was: “Well, most of the Nazi camp guards did ‘survive the Holocaust’. Maybe she descended from them.”
Hey, if David “Camera” Hogg can claim “gun violence survivor” status despite (self-admittedly) being at home, a few miles from MSDHS when the shooting happened….
If one wants to be a bit sarcastic (and who doesn’t) my father was a holocaust survivor. No, He wasn’t Jewish, no he didn’t live in Germany, but he did take Uncle Sam’s walking tour of Northern Europe 1944 to ’45 edition. His unit helped liberate Nordhausen, and he did survive. No, I do not claim descendent status, but those that do, for the purpose of claiming a false victimhood, I find very tedious. If the past is any guide, those progressive Jews who lionize Comrades Sanders, AOC, Omar, Tlaib, etc. will find themselves up against the wall, or off to the GULAGs shortly after the revolution is over. Or as Comrade Trotsky found out, even fleeing to Mexico won’t be far enough.
