The great Democrat Senator from New York, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, famously said: “everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not his own facts.”

The Left loves to make up their own facts because that is the only way the can defend their own opinions.

To listen to the Left on the Kenosha shooting, you would think that Kyle Rittenhouse drove to Kenosha with the explicit intent to murder peaceful minority protesters and fired randomly into a crow holding hands while singing “We Shall Overcome.”

He has been called a vigilante.

Give that narrative, no wonder they believe that his claims of self-defense are a lie.  This also explains why the partisan hack of a prosecutor in Wisconsin radically overcharged him with First Degree Premeditated Murder.

With this in mind, Michael Forest Reinoehl told an independent journalist who publishes in VICE, that he shot Aaron “Jay” Danielson in self-defense.

He accused Danielson of trying to stab him and another person.

Reinoehl said. “I had no choice. I mean, I, I had a choice. I could have sat there and watched them kill a friend of mine of color. But I wasn’t going to do that.”

He found himself in a confrontation with a man who he says threatened him and another protester with a knife. “Had I stepped forward, he would have maced or stabbed me,” Reinoehl said.

He, unlike Rittenhouse, did not turn himself over to police to report the self-defense shooting.  He made up a bullshit excuse as to why.

Bystander video from multiple angles show a man who resembles Reinoehl and appears to have the same neck tattoo fire two shots at Danielson and then walk away. “I was confident that I did not hit anyone innocent and I made my exit,” he said.

He had not turned himself in, he said, because he believed right-wing protesters were collaborating with police, who will not protect him or his family.

We’ve seen the video his the shooting of Danielson, just like we saw the Rittenhouse shooting.

The man shot dead after a Portland rally was “hunted” down in what his pal who was with him believes was a “planned” execution.

“They executed my partner,” Chandler Pappas told the Common Sense Conservative about watching Aaron “Jay” Danielson’s death Saturday in the latest round of violence in the Oregon city.

“They hunted him down — they hunted us down,” he said, believing the gunman noticed their caps in support of the right-wing group Patriot Prayer, which Pappas again wore during the interview.

This seems to be corroborated by the video in which someone shouts “we got a couple right here” in reference to the Trump supporters just before the shots were fired.

So as much as the evidence in the Rittenhouse shooting makes the case for self-defense, the evidence in the Reinoehl does not.

However, I fully expect the local DA to buy that and give his Trump supporter murdering Antifa buddy a free pass because facts don’t matter in the Left’s justicial system, only political allegiance.

Good news for us but bad news for Portland:

Federal task force kills Portland shooting suspect during arrest

A man suspected of fatally shooting a supporter of a right-wing group in Portland, Oregon, last week after a caravan of Donald Trump backers rode through downtown was killed Thursday as investigators moved in to arrest him, the U.S. Marshals Service said Friday.

Federal agents from the FBI and the U.S. Marshals Service had located Reinoehl on Thursday after a warrant was issued for his arrest. During the encounter, Reinoehl was shot by a law enforcement officer who was working on the federal task force, the official said. The official could not discuss the matter publicly and spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity.

The official said Reinoehl had pulled a gun during the encounter. The U.S. Marshals Service said initial reports indicate the suspect produced a firearm.

Anyone with a functioning brain knows what is going to happen next.

Antifa/Democrats/the Left are going to claim that this was some sort of Trump ordered assassination, where Trump’s “personal army” murdered a “peaceful” BLM activist blah, blah, blah…

This is going to lead to more riots – as if they needed more of an excuse – and more violence.

I don’t know if Reinoehl had this in mind, but he just became a martyr for the cause and shit is only going to get worse.

Deon Kay was a young black fella who got shot and killed by Washington Metropolitan Police yesterday. Immediately the uproar on how the MPD had shot an innocent unarmed black kid in the back (no less) was felt by marches and protests at the local precinct till the wee hour of the night.  If you peruse the Twittervers, you will be regaled with videos of the protesters engaged in First Amendment against the officer standing outside up and including vile racial insults.

The other thing the protesters and assorted race baiters demanded was the immediate release of the video from body-worn cameras. And MPD said sure. tomorrow it will be released and you could almost detect a smiling undertone, not a good thing for the Narrative.

Twitter players are still trying to salvage this dumpster fire, but it is dying fast once again proving that the worst thing it could happen to race baiters was the police accepting the use of body-worn cameras. Evidence trumps bullshit.

Jacob Blake was shot and crippled by police. The Democrats immediately elevated him to martyr status and made his parents into sympathetic characters who give speeches for Biden.

Here is what Blake did to get into a situation with police in the first place:

The victim, who is only identified by her initials in the paperwork, told police she was asleep in bed with one of her children when Blake came into the room around 6 a.m. and allegedly said, “I want my sh-t,” the record states.

She told cops Blake then used his finger to sexually assault her, sniffed it and said, “Smells like you’ve been with other men,” the criminal complaint alleges.

Quality human Jacob Blake was.  Perhaps they are going to bad for him because they assume his behavior makes him a Hollywood producer or fellow Democrat elected official.

The Democrats are elevating his father, Blake Sr., also.

Guess what caliber of human he is.

The Media spent decades making enemies of our side; we have been polite.  Now, and after being properly used, they are no longer welcomed on what they thought was their side and I bet they are confused as hell. PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Marquise Love, the man who is accused of kicking a man in the head in during a protest in mid-August, was scheduled to his first court appearance on Wednesday afternoon, but it has been pushed back another week.

Love is charged with assault, coercion and felony riot. Police say he beat and kicked victim Adam Haner following an incident in downtown Portland on August 16. According to officers, Haner was trying to protect someone from being robbed.

After turning himself into police on August 20, Love was originally expected to appear in court on August 24. However, his defense attorneys requested the extension his first court appearance pushed back to Wednesday, September 2 — but on Wednesday morning, KOIN 6 News got word that the court date was pushed back yet again and is now scheduled for September 15.

Love’s bail is set at $260,000.

I am keeping my eye on this idiot.  I have no idea why his attorney is asking for more extensions, may it be it is waiting for the news cycle to die down so a low bail amount can be obtained?

What has also come out is that Marquise Love was involved in another incident with Michael Reinoehl, the suspected killer of Aaron Danielson.

Birds of a feather and all that, but this movement looks more and more like being sub-contracted to a criminal group of people for violent enforcement/support. And it all sound very Socialists-related because it has been used successfully in other places like Venezuela.

Antifa ‘commander’ with flamethrower burst into tears during arrest, cops say

An Antifa leader known as Commander Red was busted carrying a flamethrower to a Wisconsin Black Lives Matter rally — and “dropped into the fetal position and began crying” when stopped by cops, officials said.

Matthew Banta, 23, is “known to be a violent Antifa member who incites violence in otherwise relatively peaceful protests,” a criminal complaint in his Green Bay arrest record insisted, according to WBAY.

He was carrying stickers and a flag for the controversial group — the name of which is short for “anti-fascist” — along with “military-grade 5-minute” smoke grenades, fireworks rockets, and a flamethrower, according to the Green Bay Press-Gazette.

Banta was stopped after being spotted with “a whole bunch of white people with sticks, baseball bats and helmets” heading toward a BLM event in Green Bay, police said in the criminal complaint.

The others fled when a cop blocked them with his squad car, but Banta was stopped and “dropped into the fetal position and began crying,” the police report said. He complained that the officer got on top of him, which police denied, WBAY said.

Somebody thought that he was all big and bad, about to burn some shit down, until the police nabbed his ass.

I want you to take a look at “Commander Red.”

If it’s possible to look like both underage and like a pedophile at the same time, this guy really pulls it off.

He’s been charged with felonies, which is bad for him but good for us because his soft features and propensity for tears is going to make his butthole popular in the pen.

Personally, the only disappointing thing about this is that the cops didn’t rough him up.  If he’s going to cry about police misconduct, then he should at least get to experience police misconduct.

Because I’m feeling mean at the moment, since we’re in the era of politically trumped-up charges, I want the prosecutors to tack on charges of child molestation onto this guy.  Not does he look like perverts, but boy howdy do I want some real hardasses in prison to wipe that Commie smirk off his face with a padlock in a sock.
