AOC, you liying ****!
I just finished J Kb.’s post about AOC and something she said made me twitch hard:
Starting at 00:44: “And here are all of these people flying Confederate flags with semi automatic weapons and there is almost no police officers.”
What Confederate flags is she talking about?
I watched a lot of Brietbart’s Livestreaming of the Virginia 2A rally. I saw videos and photos from many sources and I even, just now, went to check out the local TV stations and guess what? No Confederate flags anywhere. US Flags, Gadsden flags, Virginia flags, Gonzalez flags and I even saw a Texas flag in the mix.
The coverage from two of the TV stations were less than friendly and they went straight for the members of the Derp Brigade, but not one single second of footage with a Confederate flag. And you know damn well that if there was a single Confederate flag in there, it would have mad it front and center on the TV reports.
I might be wrong, but I think there is a good chance that AOC was simply a lying **** trying to be ultra-woke with whatever audience she was talking to.
(Starts with a “c”)
Virginia Rally: 22,000 People.
RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Capitol Police estimate about 22,000 people were downtown Monday for the Gun Rights Rally. From drums to chants, more than 6,000 people filled Capitol Square all wanting to make their voices heard.
I wonder how many people come to Liberal rallies like that: Cold day, paying from their pwn food, drinks and transportation, ready to be vilified in the news and social media.
If the Virginia legislators are not listening…
AOC angry that law abiding gun owners did not break the law and start a riot
Watch this idiocy from Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez:
.@AOC contrasts today’s gun rights march in Richmond with protests against Eric Garner’s killing: "Why were there almost no police officers” despite protesters “flying confederate flags and [carrying] semiautamtic weapons”? pic.twitter.com/JRL9B76EQW

To her, it’s America’s systematic racism that causes police to show up in riot gear at Freddie Gray memorials but not to a gun rights march.
All I have seen in the gun rights community is the reiteration over and over again that anybody who wanted to show up today needed to be on their best behavior and not give law enforcement a reason to start cracking skulls.
From all the coverage I’ve seen, that’s been the case. Hell, gun rights activists even cleaned up after themselves and picked up trash.

Compare what we’ve seen today with the aftermath of the Freddie Gray funeral.
And four solid hours of continuous coverage.
Cars on fire:
People destroying police property:
Looting and property damage to the tune of $12.9 Million dollars.
Maybe that influences why the police show up ready for war for AOC’s protests and not ours?
I could be white privilege, or it could be that I’ve never seen an NRA member light a car on fire in an act of civil disobedience.
Perfect example of Heilein’s quote totally missed by the HuffPo Senior Editor
‘An armed society is a polite society. Manners are good when one may have to back up his acts with his life.’
Robert A. Heinlein
I watched for a long time the Brietbart Live stream and other than a couple of Chest Thumpers being assholes, everybody was very polite and friendly. You could see people walking by cops (very close) and the body language of the officers was relaxed as they knew Gun People were not going to give them trouble. I did not see pickets of cops in riot gear, all hyped for a charge of the Light Brigade. It was peaceful in the sense there was no violence against people or property and yes, because Antifa did not show up to sabotage the event. That is possibly the smartest thing they have done as they would have been beaten to a pulp, trussed and delivered to the nearest authority. Antifa only attacks when they have perceived there won’t be consequences but for today they realized that a terminal nap in the morgue’s slab was not their idea of bearable consequence.
But there is something else from the Gun Control Narrative that was defeated today: We have been told that that many armed people, together in more or less tight areas and politically inflamed would give us with 100% certainty a mass shooting event with many casualties. Other than cold feet, fingers and ears, I doubt there were any injuries.
Will the Media stop lying? Nope. not on our lifetimes. The Narrative is sacred and must not be challenged. Lie if you must to protect it.
HuntsBill
A buddy of mine showed me a link to a webstore called Huntsbill.
It sells one item, this little decal.
Let me tell you about #HuntsBill.
He’s an engineer. He works on “the Arsenal” (that’s Restone Arsenal in local parlance). He drives an SUV, has a wife and kids. He probably lives in a nice, middle-class development. He shops at Kroger, maybe the big one on 72 or the nice new one on Sullivan. Every once in a while he’ll enjoy a beer after work at Rocket Republic or Campus 805.
Now…
Have you ever heard of the Hellfire R9X?
It’s the newest upgrade to the AGM-114 Hellfire missile system. It is a “low collateral damage” weapon. It is designed to kill targets in cars and buildings without injuring or killing bystanders.
It does it by replacing the standard explosive payload with a 100 lbs steel payload that deploys six blades just before impact at Mach 1.3. It is coupled to an ultra-precise upgraded laser guidance system.
When we killed Al-Qaeda leader Abu Khayr al-Masri, this is what we used. This is what it did to the car he was in.
Nobody in the car survived.
This weapon has earned the nickname “the flying Ginsu.” Task and Purpose magazine described it as “basically a meteor filled with swords to minimize civilian casualties.”
Why do bring this up?
Because Lockheed has a huge presence here in Huntsville. So do a lot of its subcontractors. Redstone Arsenal is home to a lot of America’s missile and missile defense system development. You can’t look at a job posting sight in Huntsville without seeing a call for engineers to work on the hypersonic missile project.
The last couple of days, whatever they were testing on the Arsenal shook the windows of my house.
There is a very good chance that HuntsBill worked on the R9X.
So you can make fun of HuntsBill and his sneakers and jeans.
But HuntsBill’s last big project was to make a giant, laser-guided, supersonic shuriken for sending terrorists straight to hell, and his current project is for blowing the fuck out of Chinese long-range missiles.
The bad-ass tactical weapons used by our high-speed tactical operators are designed by guys that look like HuntsBill.
So I’d show him just a little respect.
How we feel about soccer is why America is still the best nation on Earth
Working on my post about David Hogg put me in the mood to watch the Key & Peele Futbol Flop sketch. I love that show.
I did a Google search that found an old Atlantic article from 2014. I know it’s six years old, but I started reading it and decided to post about it.
Dissecting American Soccer’s Hatred of the Flop Is a World Cup Tradition
Another World Cup has begun and that means another opportunity to explain away America’s global soccer failures on our stubborn obsession with fairness and sportsmanship.
An American obsession with fairness and sportsmanship. Tell me why that’s bad you Leftist fucks.
Experts agree that American soccer players are particularly bad at one essential skill of the sport: flopping. On the cusp of the U.S. team’s opening match against Ghana, The New York Times reminded us why the U.S. just doesn’t flop very well, or much at all. The practice of the flop is a tried-and-true method of manipulating each game’s referee to make calls go your way by aggressively exaggerating fouls or the appearance of fouls. The benefit — as Brazil’s Fred showed on the opening day of the World Cup (image above) — can be as decisive as an occasional undeserved penalty kick.
American players are still Americans, and deep down in their American hearts, they just can’t bring themselves to use a bullshit appeal to authority to get an unfair advantage.
However, American-born players rarely flop and aren’t great at selling their falls. The prevailing theory why that is? Flopping is dishonest and… un-American:
That idea [of flopping], though, runs contrary to the ethos of idealized American sports. As [World Cup assistant Tab] Ramos said, American athletes are typically honest on the field, no doubt influenced by years of being told to be strong, battle through contact and finish the play. The tendency of American soccer players to eschew diving, [ex-player Kyle] Martino said, is directly related to the fact that diving is one of the things that soccer critics in the United States rail against so passionately.
That is quintessentially American. We believe that America is the land of opportunity and if you just be honest, work hard, and persevere, you can be successful.
We don’t like corruption, and we don’t like to think of it as the norm.
To the major practitioners of the flop — Europeans and South Americans — flopping is part of the game.
Because Europe is the land of big government and South America is the land of Banana Republics. The people there know that to get ahead you either have to appeal to big government or bribe a government official.
In the States, however, it’s often cited as one of the key aspects of soccer that keeps it from wider American acceptance. In basketball or hockey, for instance, the worst thing you can be accused of is taking a dive just to get a call.
At this point, it should be noted that the World Cup was most popular in Blue America that wants us to act more like the rest of the world. Those same places that voted for Hillary. It’s the donors for those places that are the bankers that got a pass for the skeezy bullshit they pulled with the housing market.
Wider America that hates professional liars and cheaters, and doesn’t want to pull a fast one on the ref to be the way to win hates World Cup soccer. They also hate Elizabeth Warren. And they should on both accounts.
