Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.
Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

A nice choice, Miguel.
Hmmm…. Move to Tennessee & choose banjo music. Coincidence?
I really enjoyed this. Earl Scruggs’ Foggy Mountain Breakdown has been a favorite for a long time. Ditto for Dueling Banjos, but that’s got a lot to do with the provenance too. Well done!
Steve Martin has an amazingly gentle hand and it makes for melodious music. Some people think they must pluck banjo stings like they were removing ticks from a unruly dog and we get a “twang” that makes my ears hurt.
Martin’s a fine musician as well as a comic. I’m seeing more music from him lately and that’s a good thing.
This kind of music puts my soul in a pretty happy place and, damn, I could use some more of it. Thank you, Miguel.
I’d put this up there with the Steve Martin/Earl Scruggs set of Foggy Mountain Breakdown on Letterman for a smile inducing, toe tapping melody.
