I saw Miguel’s post on early voting results.

It reminded me of this article I saw earlier today in the NY Post.

Some early voters want to change their vote after Hunter Biden exposés

Google searches for “change my vote” have spiked over the last several days, and Americans interested in adjusting their ballot are also searching for more information on Hunter Biden, one week after the Post’s exposés.

More than 58.5 million have already cast their ballots, and searches for “change my vote” started trending over the last few days — linked to searches for “Hunter Biden,” according to Google Trends data.

I wonder how many of those early votes are now regretted?

In America we campaign all the way to the very last second, so why vote early and not have all the information.  Especially when “October surprise” is in the political lexicon.

Just wait until more shit drops towards the end of the week, and tens of millions of people can’t undo what they suddenly regret doing.

    1. If they thought more votes would be coming their way the Dems (and their media subsidiaries) would be non-stop demanding the ability to change your vote.

      As it is…?

    2. Me neither – I voted early last week at a day and time of MY choosing. The line was only one person – me.
My take is that those with voters remorse were NOT paying attention in the first place.

      1. At that point … still better than Biden (or, let’s be honest, Harris) would be for the country.

(Although *-with-pineapple would make me question his taste.)

      2. Babies are not pizza, so I would be OK with the pineapple.

The consumption of babies might make me want to vote Green party, or libertarian… No, green.

  1. I early voted last time, when I realized a week ahead that I was likely to be out and away the whole day, and might miss out.

I early voted this time. Not much chance I was going to want to change my vote to Biden/Hastur.

  2. Just wait until more shit drops towards the end of the week, and tens of millions of people can’t undo what they suddenly regret doing.

And Hunter/Joe/Kamala won’t even have the courtesy to call in the morning. 😀

  3. Too many people will automatically vote party without even knowing who the candidates are, or what they stand for. How many “walk away” videos start off with “I used to vote democrat because Republicans were just a bunch of evil bastards that are only looking out for big business” or similar statements.

This year is a interesting one. A lot of people’s eyes have been opened. The power grabs by Mayors and Governors is getting a lot of people to pay attention. And, the Hunter laptop story went all Streisand and a TON of democrat voters were shocked to find out Biden is a criminal.

I can only hope that enough people have delayed voting to closer to election day that the early votes (that people now want to change) can be overcome. It would be a travesty if KneePads and PeePads got elected because of an early wave.

    1. Last night’s Tucker Carlson interview with Tony Bobolinsky was very good. Look for an online copy if you missed the original. He used his entire hour time slot for that, and he’s a good interviewer. (And Tony is a good interviewee, too.)
