Gillum’s Staffers admit he is bullshitting the hell out of Floridians

Project Veritas strikes again. Racism is also prevalent with at least one of his staffers who loves to use the pejorative “Cracker.” All of them admit that Gillum is a bonafide Progressive and love the idea.

Once again, we cannot afford to have Socialism in Florida. Go vote for DeSantis.

I am going out on a limb and say MSNBC does not do random drug tests to on-air personalities.

Gun Free Signs and Lack of Portents

A woman is safe this morning after being robbed at gunpoint overnight by a man who had his face covered, according to officers with the Corpus Christi Police Department.
Just before 4 a.m., officers say a man walked into a business on the 4500 block of Kostoryz with a gun and robbed a young woman who was closing the store.
“We were told that it was an assault-type rifle,” Senior Officer Billy Gaines with the Corpus Christi Police Department said.
The man got away with a small amount of cash and some of the woman’s personal items, Gaines said. One other person was inside the business at the time and was also uninjured.

If there was something that would have made the robber change his mind, some sort of hint or indication.

I guess the Gun Free Zone signs are still not working in successfully stopping crime, are they?

Gillum lost his advantage?

Democratic gubernatorial nominee Andrew Gillum and Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson have slight leads over their Republican opponents — but they’re so close that the races effectively are tied, in the poll conducted by Suffolk University for the USA Today Network.
A different poll, released Tuesday by the University of North Florida, reported the same result in the Senate contest, but a bigger lead for Gillum in the gubernatorial race.
The numbers:
— Gillum, 45 percent; Republican gubernatorial nominee Ron DeSantis, 44 percent, in the Suffolk University/USA Today poll.

Down to the wire: Florida poll shows Nelson-Scott and DeSantis-Gillum races too close to call

If the polls are correct (big-ass grain of salt on that one) it means that DeSantis has been coming from behind. Not too long ago Gillum was all set and comfy ahead between 6 and 8 points in the polls and now it is all but a tie?  Not going to predict one way or the other, but if you haven’t voted for DeSantis, you need to do so ASAP.  According to what I read somewhere, the ballot is so long this year that is taking up to 15 minutes per voter to fill it. Do the Early Voting and don’t wait for the last second.

And don’t forget Florida is still one of the very few states that does not allow carry at the polls, so be VERY careful. You never know who wants to do mischief upon your person, political or otherwise.

PS: Some idiot was turned away from wearing a Trump T-Shirt to the polls. Leave the political crap at home, the important thing is to vote!

It happens when you least expect it

One of the things I keep seeing or hearing from other Rabbis and Synagogues is how they have had security for High Holidays services for years, some at least since 9/11.

Great, except…

The 1999 Lost Angeles Jewish Community Shooting happened on a Tuesday, August 10th, at 10:50 am.

The 2006 Seattle Jewish Federation Shooting happened Friday, July 28th, at 4:00 pm.

The 2009 Holocaust Memorial Museum Shooting happened Wednesday, June 10th, at 12:50 pm.

The 2014 Overland Park JCC shooting happened Sunday, April 13th, at 1:00 pm.

The Tree of Life shooting happened on Saturday, October 27, at 9:54 am.

None of these shootings happened during High Holidays or even during a Friday evening Sabbath service (most of the Jews I know who do Friday night Sabbath services, don’t do the Saturday morning service too, it’s usually the very observant or those doing a special service like a Bris or Bar/Bat Mitzvah).

The point being, every shooting of a Jewish group I am aware of (I include the Holocaust Museum shooter was a Neo-Nazi who wanted to kill Jews) didn’t happen when (except for the Holocaust Museum) there was security on duty.

It makes logical sense that if you plan on killing people in a mass shooting, you avoid doing it when the cops are stationed at the location.

Of course budgets being what they are, providing police for security for a Sabbath service of 10 people every week is lower priority than the annual Passover Seder of 50 or more.

What that means in practicality is that the regular Sabbath service is more likely to be targeted than the annual Seder.

The point being, history shows us that these attacks happen when people lest expect them.

That means the congregants need to be more vigilant during these times because the cops aren’t there.

Ask and Twitter will provide: Rabbi Jeffrey Meyers’ “controversy.”

After reading J. Kb’s post, I headed for Twitter to see what was being said. Good news is that by a landslide, people stand with the Rabbi and against the Media BS. But assholes do walk the Earth and have twitter accounts.

This is a huge pic so you may need to click on it to read comfortably.

You do have to give Liberals props for being so flexible: It seems you cannot find one Pro-Palestinian Atheist all of a sudden. and also very suddenly they believe in Evil and the Devil. Of course, it is only temporary while they try to squeeze political brownie points out of the corpses.  Liberal Ghouls be like that.
