Seriously, I am done with New York City. They did not even bother to sanitize the subway.

What the f***?

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) on Wednesday ordered that all New York City subway cars be cleaned every night by Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) workers to ensure the safety of essential personnel during the coronavirus pandemic.

“Any essential worker who shows up and gets on a train should know that that train was disinfected the night before,” Cuomo told reporters at his daily coronavirus press briefing.

“Letting them endanger their own life and endanger the lives of others is not helping anyone,” Cuomo said.

The governor said that he wants the MTA to present to him a plan for the nightly cleanings by Thursday.

Cuomo orders NYC subway trains sanitized every night

How in the name of ye little gods and fairies nobody had done this yet? How long have we been in this effing pandemic and how many bodies are dropping in the shitty Gotham that nobody gave it a thought to at least spray the cars with some fucking Lysol?

Can you imagine how much Wuhan V. crap was left in every trip and how many people got infected because they traveled like this?

Oh, and I bet they will want us to bail them out after all the mistakes and carelessness with which they treated this pandemic.

Arrest the Jews! Clean the Subway Cars!

A banner day for the city of New York.

And at least one Wisconsin Sheriff’s Department understands the Bill of Rights.

Videos with Deputies and other LEOs tripping out on power are doing an amazing amount of damage to cops everywhere and I guess Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling has had enough with unconstitutional laws issued by a power hungry governor.

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. — Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling issued a statement saying his department would not enforce Gov. Tony Evers’ safer-at-home order and said the “overreaching measures” would have dire consequences.
Evers extended the safer-at-home order until May 26 in an effort to continue to slow the spread of the coronavirus throughout the state. The decision was met with opposition from Republican leadership in the state Legislature.
“The overreaching measures taken by State government will have dire lifetime consequences for businesses, homeowners, and families,” Schmaling’s statement reads.
“I took an oath to uphold the constitutional rights of our citizens and I can not in good faith participate in the destruction of Racine County businesses or interfere in the freedoms granted to all of us by our Constitution,” he continued.

Wis. sheriff will not enforce stay-at-home order, says it will have ‘dire lifetime consequences’

The powers that be in the county lost their minds and are “disappointed” that the Sheriff will not come down hard on moms out with their kids trying to get some fresh air. The sheriff was smart by stating this:

Schmaling said his department “will continue to concentrate our resources and efforts at keeping our roads safe and protecting our citizens from criminal activity” but will leave the investigating and enforcement of public health orders to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

Well played. They are trained to be Law Enforcement nor Health Enforcement.  He is saving his deputies from possible infection and the ire of the citizenship.

This is the guy that people think will replace Biden on the ticket

Look at this fucking shit:

Countless people bought fabric and sewed it into masks, shipped them to New York to try and help first responders working in an outbreak.

Governor Cuomo sticks them to a wall for a big fucking “this is how much people love New York” photo op.

Those are cloth masks. They are reusable. Why are they not on the faces of New York nurses complaining about mask shortages?

Because feeding Governor Cuomo’s Empire State ego is more important.

Way to make everyone in Middle America feel  like their charity went to nothing.

This.  Fucking.  Guy.

Nurses and First Responders in New York can use the code MASKWALL to get 25% off the price of a pneumatic guillotine.

Just following orders in Wisconsin

From the Twitter:

In Wisconsin you can take your kid to the grocery store, Walmart, Costco, a restaurant for takeout,  where they might come in contact with any number of strangers who may be sick.

But you cannot let your kid play with the neighbor kid across the street, who you know.

Seriously.

Prohibited activities. All public and private gatherings of any number of people that are not part of a single household or living unit are prohibited, except for the limited purposes expressly permitted in this Order. Nothing in this Order prohibits the gathering of members of a single household or living unit. Landlords or rental property managers shall avoid entering leased residential premises unless emergency maintenance is required.

Some Karen saw two little girls having unapproved fun and called the cops.

The cops showed up and were there to follow orders.

Nein!!!  Das children hazing fun ees verboten in Visconsin!

This is the kind of fucking bullshit that makes good people turn against these orders and demand states reopen.

The deluge of lawsuits against politicians and police for these sorts of orders are going to swamp the courts for years.

CNN cheers on the collapse of American food production

In case you missed the news, there have been outbreaks of Coronavirus in several meat packing plants.  They have been shut down.

This is expected to cause a spike in meat prices as supply dwindles.

The ripple effect is to hurt farmers and ranchers with stock who can’t have their stock slaughtered.

Keeping the animals alive will cost money in feed and the meat will lose value as it ages past prime.

Trump declared meat processing an essential service under the DPA.

Some workers are afraid to return to work and this gives CNN a raging hard-on.

Meat plant workers to Trump: Employees aren’t going to show up

Yep.  CNN’s TDS is causing them to cheer the collapse of the meat market and the bankruptcy of small ranchers and farmers.

It’s not like the CNN talking heads won’t  be able to afford $20/lbs ground beef on their millionaire salaries.

I think the first thing Trump should do is have the military send CBC gear to these processing plants.  Have the workers work in MOPP 4 if necessary, our food supply lines must remain intact.

Next, he should have the correspondents dinner and serve the meal works and insect paste the media keeps trying to make us believe is a more environmentally friendly alternative to beef.  And he should lock them in until they clean their plates.

Landlording under Socialism.

My Dad, God rest his soul, was Old School and thought there was no better way to insure the future than a monthly income via renting. He bought a piece of land , almost 4 acres and we build our house on the south side. On the north side, we built a triplex and a small warehouse and another warehouse was built on the west side (Zoning is not something very cared for in Venezuela).

Socialism being Socialism even in Soft European form, there were Renter protection Laws in the country which mean it could take you up to 6 months kick somebody out.  It was a pain in the ass, but the promise of a final date made things bearable.

Enter full fledged Socialism/Communism under Chavez.  Suddenly some people felt they did not need to pay rent because reasons and evictions started to multiply. The media back then, still intoxicated with the allure of a Revolutionary leader that was actually for the people, started to publish and play sad stories of families being evicted by heartless landlords and how the government should step in.

And it did. A new Renter’s Law was passed giving the renter 6 months of grace to challenge in court the eviction notice without having to pay one cent of rent. If not challenged during that time, the renter could apply and be giving an almost automatic extension of another six months. During that time, the landlord could not do a thing other than show up to fix the property and could not address the renter or be accused of harassment.

Of course, what had to happen, did happen: Nobody got evicted because the notoriously slow courts suddenly got flooded by eviction cases and the sheer number just made that court stop till resources could be brought which happened never.  The second thing that happened was that construction of new housing screeched to a halt unless you were building high end and very pricey houses and condos for sale. Most of the middle class construction in Venezuela was for rentals, but nobody was going to build a damned thing if by the second month he could lose his investment. Construction in unfinished apartment buildings stopped. Why bother to put more money into housing construction? You could drive anywhere and see those concrete skeletons all over. Those who were finished were never allowed to be rented but went automatically for sell, but unfortunately people’s income had begun to depreciate and simply did not have the money to buy and mortgage interests were criminally high as always. Some builders simply welded shut the doors, abandoned the projects  and went into bankruptcy.

Housing became scarce and on its way to impossible to find.

We managed to sell 2 out of our three units, but thanks to mom being stubborn and not selling everything when shit started to go downhill and inflation, we got but a minimal fraction of what was worth before Chavez, barely enough to move mom and her things to the US with us and that was not much and while you still can buy dollars in the open market. The last renter “decided to buy” his unit but stopped paying rent till he got the money to pay for it. I eventually told mom to consider the apartment lost and be glad the Venezuelan government could not come after her for unpaid taxes.

For all intents and purposes, we lost everything we spent decades building because Socialism and Renter’s “rights”. Trying to be righteous and popular simply condemned people to built shacks with tin roofs and no water or electricity and shit in buckets. Some tried to squat into abandoned buildings, but were expelled by the government themselves who had other ideas about what to do with them, such as keeping them for their own profit.

The most painful part was our family  home: we sold it at a what would be considered a decent price, but by then she was not allowed to exchange it for any foreign currency. The money simply went into our bank account and sat there not knowing that in a few months, it would lose 70% of its value and in a years time, it would be only worth  one thousandth of what was the day it was deposited because of Socialist Hyper Inflation.

So when the incestuous bitch Ilhan Omar tweets this crap, I know damned well the consequences of her proposed stupidity.

PS: Wasn’t rent cancelled in Somalia?
