Yup.

From The Hill:

Poll: Majority say they are concerned about rising crime in US cities

A majority of Americans say they are concerned about rising crime in U.S. cities, according to a new Harvard CAPS/Harris poll released exclusively to The Hill on Monday.

Seventy-seven percent of respondents say they are concerned that crime is rising in the nation’s cities, while 46 percent of respondents said they were concerned about rising crime in their own communities.

“At the same time they see an increase of violence and crime and are concerned that prosecutors are not prosecuting the crimes — they blame the protests and the high unemployment when asked what is responsible for the spike in violence,” said Harvard CAPS/Harris polling director Mark Penn. “They also single out social media for being used to coordinate violence and in their view not doing much to curb it.”

Seventy-seven percent of people polled.  Keep in mind that these polls are usually Democrat-heavy, so it’s probably higher than that in reality.

Blue cities run exclusively by Democrats are being overrun with riots and seeing the biggest spikes in violent crime.

It is Leftist activists and Democrats on social media who are egging on the protests.

The more mayors like Wheeler, Durkan, de Blasio, and Lightfoot let their cities go to shit, live on national TV, the worse it makes the Democrats look.

All Trump needs to do is stick the landing.  The Democrats are handing him a victory on this, please, dear God, don’t let him fuck that up.

  1. Remember though, all the riots, looting, etc are being caused by white supremacist right wingers making the peaceful lefty protestors look bad.

There are people who believe this.

    1. At least there are fewer people believing, or at least spreading, this bullshit then were two months ago.
I guess most of them couldn’t ignore the reality THAT hard.

But I fear they won’t draw any consequences from that.

    2. There are people who will vote (D) regardless of facts, news, or even personal experience. How many people said they do not care if Biden is a pervert that molests young children, they will vote for him anyway? Yes, there are tweets that say that.

      1. There are, and there are people who say that. But I also suspect that there are a lot of people who answer “yes” for Biden but in the privacy of a polling booth will punch Trump.

  2. HeyJackAss has documented the Chicago Homicide Total for July at 105 corpses.
It is the Fourth (4th) bloodiest month ever on record in Chicago, and the bloodiest since 1992. .
And they started off this weekend with a lot of bangs, 6 dead and 13 wounded in less than 24 hours. That is more dead than the entire last weekend when HeyJackAss totaled 4 dead and 59 wounded.

  3. According to such truthful sources as Nancy Pelosi and Jerry Nadler, there isn’t any violence, it’s all (mostly) peaceful protests. Any violence your lying eyes perceive is due to the bad Orange Man sending in his Stormtroopers. /sarc

  4. Saw a blurb somewhere that said 2/3 of Americans are afraid to voice political views in public……that tells me 2/3 of America is going to vote for Trump… gonna be a fun winter when he wins hey?

    1. WSJ had something about that a couple of weeks ago. Actually, it didn’t say quite that. It said that most people were worried about voicing political opinions for fear of being offensive. (I think that is a code for “fear of being canceled”.)
The one exception was people with far left politics, they didn’t worry much at all. Gee, I wonder why.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
