Meet Wendy Murphy. She seems to be an advocate for women and against Sexual Violence.

The problem for Ms. Murphy is when her Liberalism conflicts with the Law and the realities of live when it comes to violence against women.

It does not get better.

In most states (if I am not mistaken, check your local laws), rape is a forcible felony which can be responded with deadly force.  Ms. Murphy is aware of that but at the same time she does not support that women defend themselves from a rapist with a gun.  Hell, she does not mention any other defensive tool, not even hand-to-hand.

Where does she come from then if a woman is not allowed to use weapons to defend herself? She is trying to teach those purveyors of masculine toxicity that there is a law that says that they can get killed if they rape a woman. Apparently just waving the law nd tell then, it will make predators stop their sadistic ways  and become Pajama Boys. That at the same time she is telling everybody that they cannot exercise the advantage that the law is giving them to defend themselves and thus she is sending the message to the same predators that there is actually a pool of victims available for the taking and with her support. She is basically trying to use the Boogie Man to scare animals that do not scare with prison long prison term and enjoy violence. There are several level of magnitude in the Stupid Scale for that one.

She does not know or forget one of the several conditions for a legal self-defense claim and somebody has to remind her.  I remembered a ProArms podcast where Massad Ayoob and I think Marty Hayes were talking about Self Defense being the red heads step child in Law School and that if the institution was decent, you would have a semester’s worth of instruction, but that many schools did not even took that much time.  Add to that those lawyers specializing in criminal law are used to defend only criminals and not the good citizen who was forced to defend him/herself and you have 2.5 strikes against you if you have not prepared yourself for eventualities.

I wonder what would be Ms. Murphy’s position if a woman on a campus that prohibits guns, is attacked by a rapist and she uses a gun to save herself.

Steube was basically the only State Senator that stood up for us. I think even McThag approves ( reluctantly ) .

NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION ENDORSES STEUBE FOR U.S. CONGRESS

Sarasota, FL – Today the National Rifle Association announced their endorsement of Senator Greg Steube’s campaign for Congress.

“On behalf of our six million members across the country, the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) is proud to endorse your candidacy for the U.S. House of Representatives in the August 28, 2018, Republican primary for the 17th Congressional District of Florida,” said NRA spokesperson Chris Cox.

The letter continued, “Thank you for standing strong for freedom and defending NRA members and law-abiding gun owners in Florida. Based on your leadership on Second Amendment issues in the Florida Legislature, you have earned the highest attainable rating, an “A+”, from NRA-PVF.”

“An “A+” is reserved for a legislator with not only an excellent voting record on all critical NRA issues, but who has also made a vigorous effort to promote and defend the Second Amendment,” read the letter.

The endorsement adds to a growing list of respected Conservatives that have endorsed Steube’s campaign.

“This endorsement unequivocally shows that gun-rights advocates want someone who doesn’t just talk about supporting the 2nd Amendment, but someone who has an actual record of defending our rights when they had the chance to,” said Greg Steube. “I will stand with President Trump in supporting the gun rights of law abiding citizens in this country.”

“I am honored to receive the endorsement of our country’s largest citizen-led group. Conservatives know they have someone they can trust when it comes to defending their Constitutional rights,” continued Steube.

Steube has served as the State Senator for District 23, covering Sarasota County and western Charlotte County since 2016. He previously served as a State Representative for District 73, representing those in Manatee and Sarasota counties from 2010 – 2016. He lives in Sarasota with his wife Jennifer and son, Ethan.

They are so sensitive to the plight of the People of Color, aren’t they?

Last month I posted about how disarmament contributed to lynchings. I happened to bump into another story of what was called a full race war, only the balance of casualties was not so balanced.

7 White versus 68 blacks dead. Even though after the riot began, the black population looted hardware and sporting good stores for guns, it was too little too late.

Those of us who have experienced social dislocation where the normal social behaviors are thrown aside, understand that rioting masses do not respond to civil discourse or standard disposition from Law Enforcement. Mob has a mind of its own and it is ruled by the immediate need to satisfy whatever it wishes at that moment and by whatever means, mostly violent. It is as if humans in a mob develop the hive mentality of Africanized bees  and any semblance of individualism has disappeared.

So how was the rampaging mob mentality dealt with in those days? Usually the Militia was called and given shoot-to-kill orders. But that only worked if you had enough people to do so. The other option is the one that was done after a similar even in North Carolina the year before:

But do not miss the point. I know the full auto part has a lot to do about helping break out the mob drones and convert them into thinking individuals worried about remaining alive, but let’s face it: the effectiveness of the machine gun back then was the quantity of rounds that could be sent into the mass of people, not the speed.

A can of belted .30 06 was the equivalent of our “high-capacity” magazines and drums of today how about that?  Our Evil Black Rifles are the Peace Makers, the tools that will “awe” the modern mobs or make them go “ouch” if they ignore the obvious warning.

Certain politicians are inciting their followers to go after political targets of opportunity and harass them where they eat, hang out and live. These are fanatical idiots who will eventually behave like a mob and escalate events into full unchecked violence. If you are up and about outside your home, just a simple 7 round magazine in your pocket pistol is not gonna do the job, you need to start thinking about going medium or large size with one or more spare magazines besides the one you have in your sidearm and rethinking really hard to participate in the concept of a vehicular gun.

An at home? Have ugly black rifles (plural) and lots of loaded magazines to feed them, I’d say at least five per gun but more are highly encouraged.

At the end of the day, nothing bring common sense back into the heads of individuals in a rampaging mob that a heavy rate of incoming fire. The life you will save will be your own and your loved ones.

God bless your desire to further your rights, but I draw the line at cheese with accidental hair implants.
