I don’t know what guns Dave Bautista has but I guarantee that a bankable Hollywood star who is a major character in two movies with nearly a billion dollars in revenue, each, isn’t going to have his guns taken away any time soon.
The gun rules for Hollywood are different, which is why some actor who has more felony drug arrests than teeth can run around with a short-barreled machinegun* on set and nobody bats and eye, but you put the wrong handstop on your AR pistol and you go to federal prison.
Not to mention that when he calls the police they come running. You, on the other hand, are on your own.
An assault rifle ban is not pro-Second Amendment. A voluntary buyback is bullshit.
If there is one thing the COVID has shown us, it’s that the rate of gun ownership and the rate of gun crime and mass shootings have no correlation.
Guns are flying off the shelves and the places where crime is going up is where city governments are defunding and demoralizing the police.
The only people who will be safer because of an AWB are child molesters, skateboard wielding punks, and others who engage in mob violence.
Which I guess is why Biden and the Democrats want gun bans. Southern Democrats kept guns out of the hands of blacks to protect the Klan. Current Democrats want to keep guns out of the hands of conservatives to protect their latest anonymous, uninformed mob intimidating and killing people, and lighting stuff on fire.
Lastly, nobody is overcompensating with an AR-15.

Just one comment about Biden. How can we in our right minds consider a sexual predator, ( pediophile) pro abortion after birth murder advocate be the leader of this great land? Are we that stupid? When someone is a celebrity (possibly with personal armed security) and overly developed in the muscular area (possibly due to rage inducing steroids) tells me that I do not need firearms, I am extra dubious and concerned.
I do not want a mere sidearm or an AR-15 to deal with someone like him. Instead, I think that a 12 gauge shotgun is in order. Alternatively, maybe one of those big game hunting rounds for use with rhino or water buffalo is needed.
