This is awesome and Nevada Concealed Carry should be applauded for it. I wish that more Instructors would offer free classes for beginners, but there is no way to do so without major contributions.
But we will figure something out.

Anyone who signs up for a Front Sight course gets a number of certificates for free Front Sight courses.
I don’t own a range, but if I did, I think that idea is brilliant. Giving away a free beginner safety course would more than pay back in new shooters feeling confident to come to your range and shoot more – then of course buy ammo and more guns. In addition, the nicer the shooting community is to new people the more new shooters there are and the more we prove that we are not the monsters that the antis make us out to be.
Don’t forget insurance. Not expensive specially through the NRA, but it does cost money.
