I am amazed to see that both parties are in a fierce competition to see who burns and crashes the biggest and more spectacular.
And yet Massie refuses to co-sponsor HR 38 (national reciprocity) himself, instead pushing his HR 2909, which grants reciprocity only for those who frequent DC.
