I’m serious.

In a chivalrous society, when a man harassed a woman and her elderly mother and posts the video on line to cancel her, good, decent men would knock a few of his fucking teeth out.

But alas, we have become so peaceful that these shit-weasels feel free to throw their weight around and harass women.

What we need is just a little bit more chivalric ass whooping to set things right again.

Spread the love

  1. I have a Rigid rolling tool box I use for work. I was leaving one of the big box stores (Im employed by the company) I service pulling my tool box, this older employee comes running out behind me yelling”I need to see your recipe for that tool box!” Mind you, I have on a shirt with the same logo HE has I just looked at him for a minute. Ive had the box for a few years its far from from new… people have been emboldened by the friggin democrats to think there are no consiquense for thier harmful actions

  2. I’m reminded of the mantra about putting up with crime resulting in more of it. Same rule here, really.
A polite society is built on mutual respect. You don’t mess with someone unnecessarily, they return the favor. But if an Ahole/Karen messes with you, you’re not allowed to mess back. This breaks that unspoken contract.
These dickwads haven’t been messed with in so long that they’ve learned that their behavior bears no consequence. Woe be to the weakling who decides to mess with someone who’s sick of their sh*t and doesn’t care about consequences either.

  3. I don’t wear a mask. Anyone confronts me like that, I am going to inform them that I consider it a threat, and will use appropriate force. I have pepper spray for a reason. I would point out that the “man” who posted that appears to be in Florida, where the law has this to say: (irrelevant parts snipped out)

    784.048 784.048 Stalking; definitions; penalties.—
    (1) As used in this section, the term:
    (a) “Harass” means to engage in a course of conduct directed at a specific person which causes substantial emotional distress to that person and serves no legitimate purpose.
    (b) “Course of conduct” means a pattern of conduct composed of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, which evidences a continuity of purpose. The term does not include constitutionally protected activity such as picketing or other organized protests.
    (c) “Credible threat” means a verbal or nonverbal threat, or a combination of the two, including threats delivered by electronic communication or implied by a pattern of conduct, which places the person who is the target of the threat in reasonable fear for his or her safety or the safety of his or her family members or individuals closely associated with the person, and which is made with the apparent ability to carry out the threat to cause such harm. It is not necessary to prove that the person making the threat had the intent to actually carry out the threat. The present incarceration of the person making the threat is not a bar to prosecution under this section.

    (2) A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person commits the offense of stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
    (3) A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person and makes a credible threat to that person commits the offense of aggravated stalking, a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Now I am not a lawyer, but I would argue that, since this guy is not law enforcement, nor is he an agent of the property owner, has no legitimate purpose for filming and harassing the people he is filming.

For that reason, if someone attempts this, they get a verbal warning, a stern verbal warning, and then a snoot full of condiments.

  4. Florida is a two party consent state. I hope he has consent of all those he publicly recorded and broadcast, otherwise I hope he has a lawyer.

      1. It isn’t about him recording. It isn’t about him intercepting. It is about harassing. Read the definition again:

“Harass” means to engage in a course of conduct directed at a specific person which causes substantial emotional distress to that person and serves no legitimate purpose.

He can’t say that he isn’t harassing people. If all he was doing was recording, then I would agree with you. That isn’t what he is doing. he is not simply filming her, he is filming the encounter where he is harassing and acting in a threatening manner. That is the entire reason he is following people- his purpose is to harass them to cause emotional distress that will force them to wear a mask. That is why you warn him to leave you alone and try to walk away: when he continues his harassment, that makes it a “course of conduct” with a continuity of purpose.

That’s what this guy does- he follows people and harasses them to provoke a reaction. he is the guy during the campaign that kept calling people “white supremacists” until one of them (sarcastically) said “You got me, yeah. I’m a white supremacist.” He sent the video to CNN, and guess how they edited the film?

  5. It started when the jackwagons cracked down as hard, and in many cases harder, on kids fighting back in schools and from that lil testing bed of social policy went into the wider world.

Get bullied, get abused, get beaten up week in and week out? Well its important for you to learn how to deal with it now cause in ‘the real world’ you can’t just hit people fighting solves nothing they say.

But if you turn around and John Wayne one of em in the teeth? Boy howdy all of a sudden the school has aaaallll of the resources and time to deal with you for your inappropriate behavior.

In the fellas own words “I’m right I’m protecting people” it wont be long till these Marvel Rejects start a street patrol to go after people not wearing masks. Lady here brought in a staple gun and said she’d use it on anyone not wearing masks and got a laugh a ‘you go girl’ from HR behind closed doors.

  6. It is things like this that make me think legalizing dueling again and tying it into libel and harassment laws would be a good idea.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
