FBI Director James Comey appears to be reopening the investigation against Hillary Clinton regarding her email server.

More than that, he’s broken with DOJ tradition and the will of AG Loretta Lynch, and has informed Congress about the reopened investigation.

The media can’t seem to figure out what is going on.  The Clinton email scandal was a Vast-Right-Wing-Conspiracy-Nothingburger©, according to the echo chamber.  So why is Comey doing this?

Here’s my take:

The whole thing stunk from the very beginning.

There was the tarmac meeting between Lynch and Bill Clinton.

Comey’s original press statement was pretty much “she did it, but we doubt we can find a jury to convict her, so we’re not going to bother pressing charges.”

Next we find out that a State Department official offered someone at the FBI for a “quid pro quo” deal to help Clinton, all at arms length from Hilary.

Then we find out recently that Virginia Governor and Clinton puppet and proxy Terry McAuliffe has a Super PAC which donated nearly half a million dollars to the Senate bid of the wife of an FBI official who was investigating Hillary Clinton.

This is about as much evidence of a conspiracy as you can get without actual video of a confession and a handover of cash.  Now it wreaks of criminality and influence peddling.

Where do we go from here…

Trump can’t build a wall, we know that’s impossible.  There are a lot of populist campaign promises that Trump has made that are unrealistic if not totally illegal or impossible.

Trump, if he gets elected, will have gotten elected on a populist wave, and so will have to do something big for his populist supporters or they will turn on him.

There is one thing that he can totally do… hire a DOJ that is not afraid of or influenced by the Clintons and have a special prosecutor appointed to have her tried and convicted.

If Trump wants to deliver on one campaign promise in a big way to his supporters, a real trial of the Clintons and their machine is within his power as the Chief Executive of this country.

I think Comey thinks that Trump is going to win the Presidency.  Trump is +2 in Florida.  I think Comey is afraid Trump will follow through on his promise to jail Hillary.  Comey wants to get himself out of a position where he can be accused of obstructing justice by whomever Trump puts in charge of the  Clinton investigation.

I’m not an expert in politics, but I believe he is trying to save his career betting on a Trump Presidency.

CNN has been covering a story on how the Anthony Weiner scandal has been affecting the Clinton campaign.

CNN missed an opportunity here big time.  I would have gone with the headline:

Weiner rubbed off on Clinton

But I guess that is why I’m a blogger and not a journalist.

The maker of the video states that he is Pro-Hillary and even he is shocked. I noticed a van from Telemundo which is basically the Clinton Channel in Mexicano, but according to my mother, no mention of the attack was ever made last night or this morning. Unfortunately I don’t see this tapering down after the elections, but actually increasing as the idiots will get bolder, no matter who wins.

This is a solution in search for an unnecessary death and lawsuits. But I understand why Police Departments can see this as good: It is cheaper than training the officers. Bob Owens put it succinctly:

Now, NYPD rather destroy a source of income that could be used to train its officer to shoot better than waste the PR opportunity.  Their excuse is that they are making things safer for its citizens by taking a great number of guns (2,421) out of circulation. (Average number of guns sold daily in September was 2,766 according to the NICS Checks)

I my opinion, NYPD and the NYC Government just likes to see shit destroyed to appear butch in camera but only results in demonstrating that they are morons. Why do I say that? Because they did the same thing to a bunch of motorcycles and ATVs confiscated for not being registered as they are illegal (among many many many other things) in New York City.   Are you telling me that they could not hold an auction, have the bikes and ATVs sold to an out-of-state dealer and pocket that money? And God knows what other money-making items NYPD destroys without the taxpayers knowing.

Apparently Fiduciary responsibility if not required to run the NYPD.
