I could make a long-winded comment about the silliness of this new ad campaign, specially if you are allegedly selling a product that is supposed to show actual physical strength but I rather let reality do the talking.

Justice isn’t cheap.  It takes both money and commitment.  Deep blue socialist cities are busy spending tax money on political kickbacks.  There isn’t enough money and political will remaining to power the justice system.  Over 90 percent of the criminals arrested will be offered plea bargains.  Socialist prosecutors and judges let repeat criminals out of jail for time served.  Lots of criminals commit new crimes while awaiting trial or while out on probation.The explosion in crime changes the way honest people live.  Prosecuting the flood of violent crimes leaves no time or money for anything else.  Property effectively becomes worthless when property crimes are no longer prosecuted.  Criminals take what they want.  Neighborhoods where mobs are allowed to run riot are not the places where companies will build and hire.  They can’t even afford the insurance in those areas

No doubt there is a “balkanization” of neighborhoods in many of the major cities across the US. How much is the politicians being unable to fix it and how much are crime and violence tools for their successful stay in power?

Venezuela is a great example of control of the population by fear using unchecked violent crime. I it is being used as guideline by politicians here, they should be removed from office most expeditiously.

Last month in Nashville, Tennessee, a group of protesters crossing a street with safety monitors in orange vests lining the route were struck by an SUV rolling through the pedestrian-filled crosswalk, according to police.

“We were accompanying people across the street,” protester Jack Wiley, an orange-vest-wearing safety monitor, told a local television station. “And while we were doing that an SUV started to turn, and we asked him to stop. And he chose not to stop.“And he kept going, inching forward, and then he struck three of us,” Wiley said, “And three of the people on the safety team tried to prevent him front hitting anybody else.“We had to jump on the hood to protect ourselves after he hit us.”

…The event was captured on video. No charges against the driver have been filed yet.

I searched for the video, but came across an article in The Tennessean about the incident and they mention the police report on the case:

The witnesses stated a group of protestors ran out into the roadway in an attempt to stop the vehicle and surrounded his car. The witnesses advised several people jumped on the hood of the vehicle only after the driver continued to drive through the crowd in an attempt to get away.

Also, I was unable to find the video. Not saying that it does not exist or it may show not quite the innocent narrative spouted by the affected party, but I do find it suspicious that people who revel at being in the limelight and love to advertise their victim status cannot produce the evidence of their victimization.

In the last couple of days, Miguel and I have addressed some clear cut examples of economic stupidity from the Left.  How both soda taxes and gun bans have resulted in revenue and job loses for the cities and states that imposed them.

That level of dumb is just regular, run of the mill, Liberal dumb.  I have found what I believe to be, pure, distilled, 200 proof Liberal dumb.

She is also, clearly, a crazy person.  Confusing Elon Musk with Robert A. Heinlein, she is convinced that Space X wants to go to the moon to launch moon rocks at the earth as kinetic bombardment for … reasons.

In her mind, the plan is:

1. Private company goes to the moon
2. Launches moon rocks at earth
3. ?
4. Profit

She is also SUPER PROGRESSIVE.

This Tweet is obviously aimed at Conservatives.  What is crazy about this is, in America, that already happens.  Conservatives are the ones arguing to keep it that way by preventing the radical Muslims who support ISIS and throw gays off buildings or hang them from cranes, from making to America to preserve the safety of the LGBT community.  Keep in mind that it was a radical Muslim and not a Republican that shot up the Pulse nightclub.

Yep, we need Communism because robots took good human jobs.  This is even dumber than Obama blaming ATM machines for high unemployment.  It’s not like technology has never made a job obsolete before.  I know that the iceman still delivers big blocks of ice to my house even though I have a refrigerator.

And just how are we going to pay for this?

I didn’t know that the robots we have at work that load parts for heat treat or do precision surface grinding got paid?  Does a CNC make the same hourly wage as a machinist?  Do ATM machines have to report the cash they are filled with as gross income?  How does a robot fill out a W2 or 1040?

There are so many questions here.

On the plus side, I guess that means as a human, I am not going to be subject to robot taxes, which is good I guess….

This person is clearly operating in a slightly different world than the rest of us, the scary thing is, as a super Progressive (possibly Transgender) SJW, she stands a chance of winning among the Bernie Bros crowd in a Liberal enough city.  Don’t laugh, Maxine Waters has been in Congress since 1990.

If it is true, than what Obama is doing is absolutely unprecedented.  The peaceful transition of power from one administration to the next is so much a part of American history, that we take for granted just how special it is.

The incoming President is expected, even while undoing the previous Administration’s policies, not to criticize the outgoing President by name.  Likewise, the outgoing President is not supposed to criticize or backseat drive the new Administration.  There are rules of decorum that are followed by American Presidents.

If this article is true, Obama is going against the playbook.  Never before has a President tried to sabotage his successor.  The Democrat attitude seems to be, if we can’t steer the ship of state, we’re going to sink it.

I don’t think Obama or any Democrat that stands with him on this knows what they are doing.  If Obama and his posse take out Trump, they will make America into a Banana Republic where the peaceful transition of power is no more.  Once that prescient is broken (peaceful transitions of power) it can never be made whole again.   If there is another election after that, the process will be one of scorched earth.

This will turn into a blood mess.  If our leaders can’t make the transition peaceful, the people can’t be expected to be peaceful either.  The ship of state will be scuttled out of spite.
