At first blush, it looks like good news.  But it’s not.

David “baby killer” Chipman wasn’t withdrawn because he’s a radical anti-gun activist or because he defended the ATF’s actions against the Branch Davidians or any of the other horrendous shit he has done.

Nope, it’s because he is a racist piece of human garbage who harmed the career of a black subordinate.

The lesson the Biden Administration learned is that they need to find a radical anti-gun activist with a history of having no moral compunctions against killing children in a raid, who is a minority and cannot be accused of being a racist.

Chipman may be gone but the Biden Administration won’t let this one go.  They will find someone worse and harder to take out.  Mark my words.

I believe the White House puppeteers are looking for a Little Rock photo op most desperately. They need to be seen as saviors of the oppressed probably because every poll out there is indicating this presidency is “sailing”  faster than the Costa Concordia.

He has zero constitutional powers to do so. So he is either blustering or ready to take a gigantic dump in the Constitution and actually send Federal law enforcement or troops to remove and arrest truly elected officials.

If that happens, I am so stacking up the pantry till it hurts.

Had a good time this afternoon. There is something inherently fun about shooting rifles without the need for ear protection.

This one is a integrally suppressed Ruger 10-22, but I have no idea of the rest of the pedigree. Shoots like a dream.

So…

I went to a pawn and gun store.

I was unimpressed with the store, prices were way too high.  Especially on anything used that someone might sort of maybe think about considering having some collector’s value, was priced like it was starting at Rock Island Auction.

So I’m ready to leave when I hear the typical guttural, low IQ accent of the born-and-raised resident of York City.

That has become a common sound around here.

Then I hear what this guy is saying to the pawn people.

He is retired NYPD and has his “HR 218 Federal Gun Permit” and that means he can buy a gun.  He doesn’t have his North Carolina handgun purchase permit but he sure has his “HR 218 Federal Gun Permit.”

He didn’t take kindly to being told no, retorting with “I was NYPD for 20 years.”

If I ran a gun shop and someone came in wanting to buy a pistol and told me they were NYPD for 20 years I’d straight up tell them no.

“I’m not selling you a gun because you have no idea how to use it and are more of a danger with it to innocent people than most criminals are.  You numb-nuts, brain dead, Jackboot, morons had to be given 12 lbs trigger springs for your Glocks because your department couldn’t train the boomer Fudds who started when revolvers were your duty guns to keep their fucking fingers off the triggers and you kept accidentally discharging your weapons into bystanders.”

Also the fact that this guy thought that North Carolina state law didn’t apply to him because he has a “HR 218 Federal Gun Permit” and “was NYPD for 20 years,” was just everything that sucks about New York City moving south.

John Ramirez stabbed Pablo Castro 29 times in 2004

Ramirez was with two other women when they confronted Castro outside a Times Market on July 19, 2004. They were looking for money for drugs, according to previous Caller-Times reporting.

According to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Ramirez beat and kicked Castro and stabbed him 29 times with a 6-inch serrated knife. The group left the scene with $1.25.

The state executing a man who was duly convinced in a court of law after confessing his guilt to a judge for stabbing a store clerk 29 times to steal a buck twenty five is just like aborting an unborn child for convenience.
