This is a good thing. It will further drive people and wealth out of Cuomo’s beloved “capitol of the world”. The more people that leave, the less relevant NYC becomes politically. Bill DeBlasio and Andrew Cuomo have done more to destroy NYC and it’s spirit in the last 6 months than any Islamic terror group could have ever hoped to.
There’s only one problem with that–they’ll take their political stupidity with them, and contaminate the currently decent place(s) they go. We need to build a wall around NYC and make them live with the crap for which they voted.

And, the scourge of the elderly, Cuomo is begging the wealthy NYers to come back. Not because he wants to make the city great, but because he needs the tax revenue.
