Business Owner Livid When City Fines Him for Refusing To Clean Up Homeless People’s Feces
The government is fining a tax payer for not fixing the problem the government itself created.
As if dealing with homeless people defecating on his property wasn’t enough, a Denver businessman is now being faced with a citation from the city.
Jawaid Bazyar, the CEO of an internet service provider in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood, has been finding human feces on his property almost daily, KDVR reported Friday.
“This is a bathroom stall,” he said. “They just kinda lean up against the wall here and let it rip.”
“In downtown Denver, that’s nonstop now, just piles of poop.”

He said his employees have even been accosted and harassed.
“I’ve been chased with a 2-by-4, I’ve been chased with a knife, a pipe, and he took a rock, bashed in my whole windshield,” employee Tamara Chapman said.
And the police do nothing. Not just is cleaning up vagrant shit a health hazard, it’s also puts workers at risk for violence.
Now, the businessman has stopped cleaning up the feces, leading to a citation from the city health department.
“It’s a biohazard. We don’t know, it could be infectious,” he said. “I didn’t hire these people to clean poop off the ground.”
The health department argued that feces removal was not its responsibility because the mess was on private property.
Does this guy really expect bureaucrats to lift a finger to help him when there is revenue to be made by fining him for not cleaning up the mess the bureaucracy created?
That’s not how the system works.
He has money which means it’s in the best interest of government to take his money, not spend money on him.
Really, the ultimate government system is to fine the business owner for not cleaning up shit and using some of that money to feed the homeless Curry and prune juice and tell them they won’t be arrested for shitting on the business owners property. That creates an endless source of revenue for the government – until the business owner gives up and moves or the business goes under. But there is always another business to replace that one (at least that’s the bureaucrats’ assumption).
But that response does little to help Bazyar.
“Like I’m the bad guy, right, like I’m not the one doing this,” he told KDVR.
“And they won’t do anything about the people committing crimes.
Because sending police after violent shitting vagrants is dangerous and costs money. Fining a law abiding citizen is not dangerous and generates revenue.
Bazyar decried the government’s inaction as a political problem.
“I don’t even know what I’m supposed to do,” he said. “The government’s primary job is public safety.”
That naivete is adorable.
The Progressive defense of the Deep State has proven beyond a doubt that the purpose of government, at all levels, is to create sinecures for people too incompetent to succeed in the private sector.
College kids are coming out of school (college and public) less educated than ever before, school tuition or per student cost is at an all time high, and our schools have more non-teaching administrators making more money than ever. This is not a coincidence, this is the system.
I almost feel bad for Bazyar. Except he probably voted for the politicians who are doing this to him, and will still support the same political party, and will still believe in the Progressive cause. He just never thought he’d be the victim of the policies he voted for.

I guess I was raised in an era where all future was dystopian: From reading 1984 and A Brave New World to watching The Planet of the Apes, Soylent Green, Silent Running, Rollerball and Clockwork Orange. We were supposed to be dead or living in a poisoned & hungry world, yet we are not even sneezing hard. We are under the spell of a 24/7 Surveillance & Entertainment society, but still there are ways to deflect that. While the Impossible Burger and other “plant based” Soylent Blue meat-like foods are the new rage, I doubt they would allow for Human Flesh Based foods unless certified politically Halal (Socialist human raised in Almond milk, tofu and kale). I am still trying to figure out why the same morons have no problem doing their best to block the use of Golden Rice in nations with severe Vitamin A deficiency (VAD) in about 250 million school children across the world. Another said: ‘A little disappointed considering the salvation army has a long standing history of anti lgbtq+ rhetoric. i appreciate the positive things they do but there are other, better organizations that don’t discriminate against others.’
Yep, it’s time to cancel Christians who feed the homeless. They are the real threat to society.
Goulding commented: ‘Upon researching this, I have reached out to The Salvation Army and said that I would have no choice but to pull out unless they very quickly make a solid, committed pledge or donation to the LGBTQ community.
Upon researching what exactly? The Salvation Army does not deny LGBT poor or homeless their services. It simply, according to Christian principles, states that “The Salvation Army teaches that sexual acts should take place only in a monogamous heterosexual marriage, believing that this reflects God’s intentions for sexual behaviour and provides the best environment for raising children.”
Welcome to the new standard where thoughtcrime is discrimination. The Salvation Army doesn’t full throatedly endorse the LGBT lifestyle so it’s a bigoted organization.

Goulding isn’t a “committed philanthropist.” She’s a narcissistic celebrity worth more than $20 million, who does an annual benefit concert.
The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign money provides “25 million people throughout the year with more than 56 million meals and 10 million nights of shelter.” That’s committed philanthropy.
Goulding wants to throw a wrench into that because a bunch of butt-hurt, anti-Christian Social Justice activists are made the Salvation Army still belives in traditional Christian sexual morality.
The campaign, which begins on Thanksgiving Day and runs through Christmas Eve, is the largest and longest-running fundraiser of its kind and it raised $142.7million in 2018.
I have an idea, how about a bunch of drag queens go out and raise $142.7 million for homeless services. Then they can start making demands of a charity that does.
Oh wait, they are too busy telling elementary school children that women have penises.
Social Justice never builds anything up. It is a radical Leftist mentality and radical Leftism never builds anything but death camps and prisons.

The Salvation Army is not harming LGBT Americans and does in fact provide services to LGBT Americans who come to their shelters. But that’s the problem. Good Christians doing good charitable Christian work doesn’t make the Leftist LGBT feel like victims, so the Salvation Army has to go.

I’m also buying what I need direct from them when I can, because even if it costs a few dollars more, I’m guaranteed to get what I paid for, rather than a cheap knock-off product. I’m building four emergency bleeding control kits, one for each vehicle, one for our home, and one to put in a small “to-go” duffel bag that will be permanently packed, ready for our not infrequent trips. I thought that sort of care was excessive until a few days ago, when a very small wound took hours (and four dressings) to stop bleeding. A bigger wound, such as in an auto accident, might kill me rather quickly unless I can control the bleeding at once. These anticoagulant medications are sure effective, but also very worrying!

A self-described Second Amendment “auditor” was arrested Tuesday after being accused of illegally taking a rifle into an Oklahoma City restaurant.
Police allege Timothy A. Harper, 52, of Choctaw, violated a state law that prohibits possessing or carrying a rifle in any establishment where alcoholic beverages are consumed.
Prosecutors already have agreed to file a felony charge against Harper in Oklahoma County District Court, according to a police affidavit. If convicted, the gun rights activist faces up to two years in prison and a $1,000 fine.
Do you guys understand why I am an annoying asshole when I beat the drum of knowing the law rather than interpreting a law the way we would like? And that goes double for failures of following a simple law, may it be bad or not.

This is not something brand new for discussion. Private Property is sacred and the demands of the owner or his/her representatives are to be accepted without an argument. You don’t get to impose your will just because you think your are morally superior than everybody else. Even if the law is on your side (and in this case it wa not) simple say yes, apologize and leave.
